We were welcomed as we walked into the…
We were welcomed as we walked into the store by Sebastian who was very helpful and saw us through the whole process of buying our new sofa and choosing a new rug.
Everything was explained well and we were made to feel comfortable making our choices.
We would definitely recommend DFS at Poole.
Looking forward to having our new sofa delivered. The rug was delivered within a week of ordering.

Today I stopped by Dfs to choose a sofa,
and Steve was very helpful throughout the rest of the process. He gave me excellent advice about the fabric options, clearly explained the delivery process and the protection plan, and answered all my questions. I am shocked to see such great reviews
I am shocked to see such great reviews. We had the worst experience ever. Delayed sofa delivery for more than 4 months. Then Foot stool didnt even get delivered even after 9 months. We kept on reminding them and their management is so poor that they didnt even order us one and arrange for us at all. Had to ask for refund again. Never using this frustrating company again !
