Staff excellent. Have looked for a sofa for last 6 months. Staff were friendly & professional. Ben gave good advice on sofa & leather. He also went through interest free finance thorough. Would recommend DFS.

My family and myself went in to generally look around for a new sofa for my mum, the lovely gentleman came over when we were looking at a lovely two seater w/chaise, he was so helpful and informative we decided to get it and he helped us through all the paperwork process and even sat down with us to chat. We have not been disappointed at all, Infact it was worth the trip to be able to meet a lovely salesman and get the sofa my mum always dreamed of, so thanks DFS for the wonderful experience. We picked the colours and sampled a variety but ultimately very happy with the outcome and looking forward to getting our new sofa.

It was amazing we walked into store and no one came running out to hound us. They allowed us to browse. We sat on a sofa and Mark explained more about it, but we then changed our minds and found a much comfier sofa that we loved. I item was brought and the customer service from mark and the manager was amazing.

The Sales person was superb and he could not have done more for us, he made it an easy visit, we called a second time about 2 hours later after our first we made sure the sofa bed would fit in our room.
