Helen is a star
Although we’d already chosen the sofa we wanted, Helen made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure. She was warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really stood out, and she even took the time to chat to us about roof tents, sharing some brilliant advice and recommendations that have inspired us to look into buying one ourselves. Customer service like Helen’s is rare these days, and she is a real credit to the company. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Exceptional Service
From the minute we walked in the door Graham approached us with a very friendly manner. He explained everything clearly about the purchase and double checked everything with his manager Tony who was also very helpful. This is our fourth purchase from DFS we cannot fault the service or quality of products! We highly recommend them

We were struggling with an insurance…
We were struggling with an insurance claim and Shrewsbury DFS were beyond helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us with information required by our insurer. They then helped us to choose a suitable replacement suite. The staff were never 'pushy' or 'intimidating' but always polite and helpful. Even after 3 return visits, the treatment was always the same. We would definitely return and recommend.
