Natalie our advisor was very friendly
Natalie our advisor was very friendly, honest and patient. Provide precise information to help us narrow down our sofa choices which would best suit and fit our home. We felt zero pressure to purchase from our first visit, Natalie even recommended for us to double check our measurements and im glad we did as in the end we decided to go with smaller size sofa and it was nice to see Natalie on our second visit who helped complete our purchase.

Excellent Customer Service and a Great Shopping Experience
We visited the DFS Sidcup store without any intention of making a purchase. However, the staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Her excellent customer service and genuine approach completely changed our minds, and we ended up making a purchase. We are very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

We had someone that represents DFS well. Kay our sales lady was very welcoming and warm towards my husband and I. Kay's service was absolutely amazing. The first impression really can be a lasting one because it was our first time at a DFS store. We went to the Sidcup location.
