We have had a wonderful experience with DFS in Plymouth and actually purchased our sofas in DFS Torquay. The staff were amazing in both stores and so knowledgeable. We felt like we were given all the relevant information about the sofas including all the cover and warranty but never felt pressured to purchase. What a great experience. Thank you

Great Experience
I visited the store a couple of times whilst trying to make a decision on a sofa, all the staff were so lovely. Rachel and Darren were both extremely helpful and friendly and both made the purchase completely stress free. Everything about the finance and care of the sofa was explained to me so well, very happy with the service they provided.

Knowledgeable staff with quality products
The staff, in particular Alison, who was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the products, and could advise on which sofas best suited our needs. She covered everything from couch diameters to insurance, maintenance and care of the product we selected.

We had a look at the sofas online and then popped into the Torquay store where we met Lilly who was super helpful! She went through the different sofas we liked and helped us choose the one that would suit us the best! She was an excellent salesperson and made the whole experience of buying in person so much better than doing it online. Warm friendly atmosphere and staff that are helpful and not at all pushy! A lovely experience!

Great staff in store, hot chocolate offered to my daughter, and lovely prompt and helpful delivery team. Knocked off one star because I felt the cleaning kit was overpriced.

A great experience
We had such a great experience choosing our new sofa. We showed Rachel a few options we had seen online, we explained to her what we both like and don't like and Rachel managed to help us find exactly what we needed which wasn't one we had considered before! We felt really listened to and Rachel really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect new sofa for our family.
