It can be pretty uncommon nowadays to have really good customer service and that’s if you can even get a response at all, but got response in 2 minutes via WhatsApp by Louis and my problem that could resulted in a fine for me was resolved in just another 2 minutes. 10/10 customer service!

Im a female solo traveller, so was a little unsure about the collection back to my vehicle at 11pm at night, but Del was waiting for me at the meeting spot, after tracking my flight and ready to pick me up. He took me back to my car that was parked outside and ready for me to drive home.

I have never used a car parking service like this before, but will definatly use again when flying from Southend. Fantastic service, value for money and great customer service! Would 100% recommend 👍

I have long hated airport parking, especially Stansted and the awful Gatwick. For convenience I really needed to try Southend. What a difference, smooth and stess free professional service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use this again and would recommend to all.

I was initially wondering what kind of parking I had purchased as I was driving through the trading estate, but arrival was easy, staff were friendly and they parked up my car very quickly then we were shuttled to the airport within 5 minutes. They were waiting for me on my arrival back at the airport as they had seen the flight land so collection was seamless. The driver was friendly. All in all a great experience and I would definitely use them again

Honestly I never leave reviews but had to for this service. When dropping the car off the lady was very polite and helpful. My car was not driven around like you see on some of those videos of car parks. We came out of the airport and walked over to the pickup point where purple parking was already waiting. 5 minutes drive back to the car park and within 5 minutes I was driving home. 10/10.

After experiencing other airport parking and the long waiting and long walking and high prices, parking here was easy, polite and friendly staff, short transfer to terminal no hanging around for bus and reasonable price.

It was easy to book this when booking my holiday however I did struggle to find the information afterwards. I think this may be down to Easyjet rather than Diamond. That said, checking our car in was super easy and the driver loaded our bags for us. He explained clearly what to expect on our return which was very reassuring. When we returned to Southend Airport, we walked the two minutes to the parking shelter and a minibus was waiting for us. Collection of my car was easy (although my husband struggled to follow the signs out if the car park!). All staff were super helpful and we will use you again.

Excellent experience with Purple parking at Southend airport. Courteous staff, smooth check in, quick transfer to the airport with the driver willingly loading all the cases onto and off the bus. Swift pick-up when returning to the UK. Very organised and polite staff. Well done to Ken on reception and the two drivers (sorry didn't get their names).
