I rented a car from Diamond Lease for a month and regretted it almost immediately. Within 15 minutes I discovered an unbearable smell in the car that made it impossible to drive. I called them close to 10 times a day trying to get it resolved, and every single time I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. After two full days, nothing had changed. They never offered a substitute car, no refund, no compensation, nothing at all. The communication was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced, and the car itself was disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone!

Very disappointing experience with Diamond Lease.

I requested maintenance for my car, and the replacement vehicle they brought arrived with an almost empty fuel tank, even though my original car had half a tank when they took it. When I asked them to at least return the replacement with a similar fuel level, I was told, “Sorry, it’s company policy. One fuel bar is enough.”

I escalated the issue, and instead of resolving it properly, they offered to add only AED 30 worth of fuel. That wasn’t even close to bringing the tank up to the level of the car they had taken from me. I refused to accept the replacement because I don’t think it’s fair for customers to be put in that position.

The issue isn’t just the fuel—it’s the poor customer service and unwillingness to find a reasonable solution. I expected a much better experience from a leasing company.

no transparency ! they keep on charging you without approvals nor informing you for payments.

Very unprofessional staff. No proper process in place. They claim to be cost effective but all their rates are really high without justification. do not be trapped in to their terms and conditions once you sign the contract. it is not even legal.

I wish I had checked the Rating and Reviews before Renting from Diamondlease.
Some staff are quite curt; booking invoice was not clear - it was not mentioned it was monthly but a total for the entire duration of 2 months and then I got a bill after one month. The car itself was good; but they are not transparent or honest in their dealings.

Unfortunately, we have experienced unprofessional behavior from this company. The fleet sales executive Ruthran has been argumentative in communications, does not listen to client concerns, and tends to dismiss feedback rather than address issues constructively. This has made it difficult to have productive and respectful discussions.

bad services even when i want to book the car with them for 1 month, no responses, no good communication. i tried call neeraj several times, he was not able to assist me, he forwarded another number to me that only i tried contacting 2 days no response. very bad customer dealing. not recommended at all.

Worst company ever. The don’t do their job, I called at 7 am and they haven’t done to reboot my battery yet. It’s 1 pm’s They are fully ignoring my calls now.

I rented with full insurance, car broke down without accident, provided photo/video proof. They are charging me AED 5,000 for damages after they took the car, and now debt collectors are harassing me. I filed complaints with Meydan Free Zone and DED.

I spent a total of 31,357.67 AED renting from this company over the past 2 years. Not only do they not have someone available to help with service when your car breaks down on the highway, they also double charge for gas when the vehicle is returned at 3/8 instead of 5/8 as per the documentation they never shared when taking the vehicle for service - which by the way lasted 9 days. I returned the loaner vehicle before getting the original vehicle back and received charges to my card and also the quality of loaner vehicle I received was a complete downgrade from the vehicle I was paying for. I highly recommend avoiding this company - which is a contractor of Careem Car Rental.

Range of fleet are poor, poor customer service, over charge on rent, customer service non existent

Worth service ever, I have been renting a long lease car with invigo and they use Diamond lease.
They are not professional, been giving my car many times for repair and they give you another car which are not the same standards as the one you are renting + it smells very bad, so I don’t know how do they clean but it’s disgusting smell is very bad.
Also, when you call them to get your car back, they are not available when needed.
+ they send you traffic fines that are not accurates.
DO NOT GO WITH THEM

this is the worst car rental company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. I checked the body of the car before I pick it up and when I returned it they claimed I'm the reason for a very tiny dent in the windshield.
They did not give me a copy of the car body check report, which is the norm.
Stay away from this company.

This by far the worse company I ever had to deal with, extremely unprofessional & horrible.
They took us to parking, pitch black we could hardly see anything and they gave us the car, 15 minutes later we noticed that there is no plate number in-front of the car. However we tried to contact them but they were not helpful until the police intervened. The fact that we had to go to police to get someone to come down and bring us the replacement is absolutely disgraceful. The police officer even told the company this.
These people think by behaving like this they are saving the company money but all they do is scaring their customers away.
100% not recommending this company.

This company and EZHIRE are the worst companies I sealed with
First of all they have Language issues, the customer service is too poor. They never keep the promise of what they promise
They took my car to get the yearly service and they replaced it with a broken tyre car, if would have lost my life if I didn’t checked it.
Also there is no tools to change the tyre, I had to borrow from people to change it.
I would not recommend you to rent any car from them

If you can - stay away from this company! Worst service I ever had :/ It takes weeks until the deposit will be released. And then you will find out that they kept something for no reason!

I'm willing to change my statement as soon I got back my AED 542.50
