I have been in the hair industry for many years, and I can honestly say that Dianne Marshall Hair Extensions are the best I have ever worked with. 🤍

The quality of their hair is absolutely unmatched. The colour range is just perfect, and I never struggle to find the right match for my clients. The fact that you can order half packets is such a game changer too — something so many other brands don’t offer. It means I can get the perfect colour match every single time, without having to order more hair than I need.

I also have to mention the service, because WOW… nothing is ever too much trouble! They are always on hand to help, even when I’m needing an order last minute for a client. They literally bend over backwards to make it happen.

I’ve worked with other brands in the past where it can be so difficult to actually get through to someone who is willing to help, so having that personal service makes such a difference.

And then there’s Michelle… honestly, she is the BEST! 🥰 Her attention to detail is second to none. She is always so smiley, welcoming and helpful, and she has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever.

For me, it’s not just about the quality of the hair — it’s the whole experience, from ordering to matching to the amazing customer service.

I attended the hair extension course with Dianne on Monday (microweave and tapes). I am a fully qualified hair dresser but really wanted to learn how to do hair extensions, and I’m so happy I chose dianne to teach me. She was so thorough in her teaching and made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the day, thank you.

I attended the Dianne Marshall Tape and slim ultra weft extension course on Monday 17th August and absolutely loved it. I am a fully qualified hairdresser however did not do much extension training when I was training; however after doing the course I feel so confident with extensions. Dianne is an Amazing teacher and thoroughly explains the backstory behind the brand and puts her life story to the name and everything to do with hair extensions. She really does show how much she cares about hair extensions and when speaking about why they are expanding and evolving and why they are so important. We had in depth knowledge given to us about everything to do with installing and removing the extensions as well as being shown practically how to do them before doing them ourself on our models we brought . Throughout the course, Dianne was always there to help us with any issues or queries and made the space so comfortable and encouraging. I came away feeling so confident and cannot wait to book on to her nano course. I cannot recommend this course more. Dianne was a fabulous teacher and mentor and this course was fantastic everybody should do it.
