Went into the New DID electrical store in Limerick, the store was clean and well laid out, but more importantly the staff member (Ollie) was extremely helpful, when he couldn’t find the product I wanted on the Shop floor, you searched the inventory and then went to the store room to find it. Very pleasant young man and very helpful, deserving of a positive review.

Went to Limerick store to enquire about single oven, Conor was able to locate my brand and model choice, arrange delivery from stock and install option within great timeline. Good product knowledge, efficiently built out pricing offer and payment, he fully explained process and based on deal I opted for extended warranty. Great in store service experience.

I bought from Ollie in Childers Road, Limerick.

He is very well informed and knowledgable and helped me enormously when making my decision to buy.

Joseph picked up the phone very close to closing time, was very helpful and willing to assist with my enquiry about a delivery.

Joshep and Ollie were polite customer friendly and explained about product and detailed about the extended warranty policy.
Overall the experience in DID Limerick was excellent.

Even though I may have only gone into the store to buy one of the smallest items sold (A pair of bluetooth ear phones). The service which I recieved was perfect. Team member 'Deji' was very professional and polite to me and helped me where needed.

I always enjoy going into a DID Electrical branch. This particular store in Limerick (Childers Road) is presented nicely and the staff we're on point with questions and located what I needed, a steam Iron, in a speedy manner.

I would recommend in using DID over Curries, as I find the staff more approachable, genuine and knowledgeble.

Yes, I have been burned by Curries before (not the food, although they can get quite spicy), they need to work on their customer service skills.

Marie was extremely helpful to me in the Limerick store. Sorted out the issue with my smartwatch and provided me with updates on it
