Special thanks to Martina (Lucan branch) who went above and beyond to help me after my on line order had a delayed delivery date. Also when I called to the store for a collection Luke was extremely helpful running through all the washing machines that were in stock so I could take that day. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro from Lucan store and had a really good experience. The customer service was great, particularly thanks to Daniel. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me get everything sorted without any pressure. It’s nice to find that level of professionalism and helpfulness. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out and asking for Daniel.

Martina and Dave in the Lucan branch were extremely helpful today. I purchased a tablet and Dave put the protective screen on it which is a great extra service I hadn't realised that D.I.D provided.

We recently shopped for an air fryer in DID Lucan. My husband spotted salesman whom he’d previously found helpful.
Daniel was indeed a most pleasant and helpful young man. One air fryer which interested us was not out on display so he removed one from the packaging and then allowed us time to make a decision between our final 2 options. He answered all our queries so that we confidently reached a decision on the air fryer which was best suited to our needs.
Based on this pleasant shopping experience, and on previous experiences, I can confidently recommend DID Lucan for purchasing electrical appliances and TVs etc.

Washing machine purchased in Lucan store, we forgot our measuring tape to double check measurements and Dave was more than happy to help. Really happy with the service as we had previously been to view the same machine in another chain and were waiting for assistance for 10 minutes so we knew we’d have a better experience in DID.
