I recently visited DID Electrical in Newbridge and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I was served by Chloe, who was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, and she truly went above and beyond to help me choose the right products for my home setup.

I purchased an LG TV, speakers, two additional speakers , along with a few smaller gadgets and accessories, and Chloe made everything so easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain the different options, features, and what would work best for my needs and budget. Her product knowledge was excellent, and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything.

The quality of everything I bought has been outstanding. The LG TV has an amazing picture and sound, and the speaker setup sounds incredible. I’m extremely happy with all the products and the overall value I received. The store itself was clean, well-organised, and had a great selection of electronics and accessories available.

What really made the experience stand out was Chloe’s attitude and professionalism. She was genuinely helpful, approachable, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchases. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer care, and because of that I’ll definitely be returning to DID Newbridge again in the future.

Recently purchased a washing machine in DID Newbridge and Adam made everything so straight forward with the warranty and delivery.

Has been an excellent experience with John who kept me updated, organised a timed delivery and got everything sorted the way I wanted. Excellent customer service and a variety of choices for appliances.
