Unfortunately, My package was stolen from my steps and Diff eyewear refuse to do anything about it. After several ignored emails, they will not resend them or refund me my money. They claim to be for charitable purposes, but they could care less that I lost over $100. Shame on Diff Eyewear!

I have previously purchased some beautiful Glinda glasses and fell in love with them, but was craving more and had my heart set on the same frames but with specialty lenses without a prescription. I thought they would be only a dream but after talking to the amazing customer service team they helped me get my perfect glasses while providing excellent communication and help.

Only ordered one pair of sun eyeglasses. Noticed a few hours later I was being billed for two pair. Tried to see if I could delete other pair did not see a delete or cancel order. Contacted customer support and received a message the other pair could not be deleted but can be return. Items have not been shipped yet do not see why the other pair could not be deleted and removed from my charge. Do not see a customer service phone number. There is a restocking charge for returned items.

I purchased the Becky IV Blue light glasses a year ago and unfortunately one of the lens popped out. I reached out to DIFF customer service and they replaced them for me, same week, totally hassle free. Will definitely be purchasing more glasses in the future! Thanks DIFF :)

Do NOT give them your email. Ever since I gave them my email I have been getting hundreds of spam emails a day. They sell your information.

Placed my prescription sunglasses order 5 weeks ago, and still have not received them yet. I have received several generic responses when I have emailed them for a status update. Very frustrating.

I have ordered sunglasses and two pairs of prescription glasses, and these glasses are amazing! The ordering process is easy and even though processing times took a couple of weeks, the wait was well worth it! The glasses are sharp, chic, and fit well for my face frame. I had an additional pair I ordered that were prescription and they allowed me to return them since they didn’t cover my eye area/fit well. They made the return and refund process quick and easy. Also, the customer service representatives are responsive and personable!

I will never buy glasses anywhere else! Great quality, great prices and great customer service.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses around 4 months ago, I absolutely loved them and wore them everyday. They look and feel like really good quality sunglasses. I recently had a small piece come off that sits at the hinge of the arm which made them no longer sit right on my face. Not sure how it happened, but it was probably my fault from not being more careful with them in my bag while I was at a concert- I realized the piece was gone after the concert so I can only assume this is what happened. I reached out to customer service to see if it was possible to get a replacement for the piece that broke off since I love the sunglasses and was heartbroken. They responded quickly, had me send some pictures, and then sent me a label to return the old ones and sent me a brand new pair!

I was not expecting this since it had been 4 months since I originally purchased them! This company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers! This is the kind of company that makes me want to continue doing business with them!!

Terrible ! Bought two pair of glasses a month ago have zero in my possession. One pair is supposedly on backorder and the other pair was sent back August 14 because they were made like complete crap and we’re supposed to send me a new pair but yet I have not received them and have sent over 10 emails with zero response will be filing fraud.

The customer service I received from diff with my recent order was literally the best I’ve received from any company in so long it was SO appreciated I came to leave a review and I never do. They have the BEST glasses and apparently the best team handling their orders as well!

I have ordered several pair of DIFF sunglasses. Different shapes, different colors and design. I have never been disappointed in the quality and the look of the sunglasses. I receive compliments on a regular basis. The sunglasses are awesome! 

Excellent, excellent customer service and communication. I purchase 2 pairs of sunglasses and had a little problem with the frame on one of them- contacted their customer service and received inmediate response and approval for an exchange; they even send me a pre-paid mailing tag. Their products are beautiful, modern, femenine and the prices are incredible. Will buy again from them for my daughters for the upcoming Christmas , Diff is a keeper.

The costumer service folks are friendly and kind,the glasses are great quality and they donate glasses to people in need!
Not to mention I get tons of compliments on all my glasses , they are just that little bit different that make you stand out so people always ask” where did you get those? “

I purchased two pairs of glasses that just did not work with my face...I wore them for an entire month trying to get used to them and couldn't. I reached out to customer service not thinking they would help, but they did! They allowed me to exchange for two other pairs and I absolutely love them!! Might be my favorite pair of glasses I've ever owned. Customer service is phenomenal, and I will be a customer for life because of it. Thanks Diff!!

These sunglasses are amazing! They look good, fit great, and I have had many compliments while wearing them.

I ordered from the White Lotus collection - the green and gold fabulous cat eye glasses and could not be more thrilled! They are hefty in design, fantastic color and even though they are opaque, the lenses are a rich chocolate.

I immediately was drawn to the unique styles offered. Loved the Becky and
Becky Ii. I ordered the Becky.i was impressed with the ease of using their website to order. Delivery time was pretty quick. I was not disappointed. The Becky I received was just as advertised in quality and in design. I ordered two more pairs.The Becky II and later, one more pair. I now own three of their sunglasses and love them all. I later learned that this company gives back in a program that helps children secure eye glasses. Seems like a great company with a great product!
