Refused a redress application multiple…
Refused a redress application multiple occasions sayin they cant take cases on and getting me to go into detail before telling me they are unable to assist this happens to people who are most vulnerable and they offend with their unprofessional and humiliating responses i think their attitude is a continued way to deny some one justice i think its wrong how you say you cant take cases on when you clearly do take cases on and do provide legal aid and are registred with redress scotland

We have reviewed your file and would like to clarify that you approached us on one occasion for advice relating to redress, specifically in relation to signing a waiver. Our team explained that, unfortunately, this is not a service we are able to provide in isolation. You also confirmed that you were already receiving assistance with your application - we were therefore unable to identify how we could add value to the assistance you were already receiving.
We aim to help as many people as possible and we appreciate it is disappointing to hear we are not always able to do so. We wish you all the best going forward.

Personnel Injury Claim
From first contact to completion I was kept informed when any developments occurred. Advised of every scenario and presented with all the alternatives. All the staff members I was in contact with were professional and courteous. I would recommend Digby Brown highly as they dealt with my personal claim to a successful conclusion. Although the accident occurred early 2025 it was only finalised this year.

Emily was professional and always answered my questions
I was involved in a crash in October last year and, after being injured, I contacted Digby Brown for advice about a month later. Emily was then given my case, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to deal with. Emily was always very professional, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She always took the time to answer any questions I had and never once made me feel like a question was silly or a bother.
I would definitely recommend Emily and the team at the Glasgow office. She made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to deal with and always kept me informed. I’m now just waiting for my settlement to come through, and the whole process has taken around a year, which I think is very good considering everything involved.
