There was a delay on delivery (Royal Mail fault) and the Digi4u team was very helpful, quickly replying to my email and calling me (twice) and clearly explaining the steps in case Royal Mail didn't deliver. They chased Royal Mail and I got the item the next day! Brilliant customer service! (All companies should be at this level!) The part purchased works very well. Brilliant service and customer support.

Purchased a replacement battery and back cover for my phone. Both arrived within 3 days and both items exactly as described, and very very well priced.

Item did not arrive.
After 2 weeks, tried to contact vendor, but did not receive a response to email messages. Contacted PayPal, but then responded to pop-up from vendor asking me to contact them to resolve issue. However, was unable to make direct contact by phone. so went back to PayPal to seek a refund, which they dealt with with their customary efficiency.
