impossible to cancel subscriptions
failed to cancel subscription of logitec security camera. Even though I set this to cancel in my account. The email they send had a non-working phone number for customer services and the links on their website claiming to offer help with customer service problems didnt work. If thats not a scan I dont know what it! Hopefully this review will stop others falling prey to any subscription service these guys offer.

Bad and Troubling
I bought a laptop from Lenovo and the sale was handle by DIGITAL RIVER UK. After 10 days of no news about the purchase I called only to be told that their chosen courier said the package is missing. What would a decent business do? Replace or send another one No! Instead they have initiated a refund that will take between 4-6 weeks, when I did not ask for a refund. Please think again before you buy from LENOVO/DIGITAL RIVER. I’m not alone.

I bought speech recognition software. After 2 years of use, it had an error, which is why I wanted to de-install and then reinstall it. No sooner said than done. Then I noticed that I no longer had the file. "No problem", I thought, "it's a digital purchase and you can just download it again - as long as I have the registration number, it will work". But far from it. This junk company only provides the download links for 2 years. After that you're out of luck. Oh well. Next time I'll have the software sent to me on a data carrier. Absolutely not to be recommended.

Ganz übel! Aktzeptieren zunächst keine Rückgabe bzw. versenden die Ware nicht. Über Paypal kam dann das Geld zurück.
Nur Positives und alles super!
Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, aber bei all diesen schlechten Bewertungen, ist es mir wichtig meine mitzuteilen, um auch anderen die Angst zu nehmen.
Anhand dieser Bewertungen war ich nämlich ziemlich verunsichert gewesen, aber bei mir lief alles super.
Ich habe über die Homepage von Lenovo ein ThinkPad E15 G2 (laut Lenovo nur noch 10 Stück verfügbar) bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt.
Den Kauf hatte ich am 23.12.2021 abends getätigt und obwohl es ein paar Minuten gedauert hatte, erhielt ich die Zahlungsbestätigung über Paypal per Mail. Die Bestellbestätigung erhielt ich merkwürdigerweise ein paar Stunden erst später, obwohl als Uhrzeit in der Mail auch nur ein paar Minuten nach der Bestellung angezeigt wurde.
Jedenfalls war ich aufgrund der Bestellbestätigung schon mal beruhigt, dass alles soweit geklappt hatte.
Nach den Feiertagen habe ich am Montag dem 27.12.2021 auch gleich die Bestätigungsmails erhalten, dass meine Bestellung unterwegs ist.
Und tatsächlich kam wie in den Mails angekündigt, die Lieferung am 28.12.2021 mit UPS an.
Die Verpackung und auch die Schnelligkeit waren tiptop und ich schreibe die Bewertung gerade über meinen neuen, tollen, funktionstüchtigen ThinkPad.
Dies war mein erster Kauf und meine erste Erfahrung mit Digital River und ich kann aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung die schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen.
Jedenfalls hoffe ich, dass ich ein wenig die Angst nehmen konnte.

Steer clear, steer very clear...go to Argos
Ordered and paid for a tablet in November. It never arrived. Have been emailing them every day, if I do get a response it contradicts someone else's response. Will now get the credit card company and Ombudsman involved.
Steer very clear from this company, go to Curry's Argos or anywhere else even if it costs more. It will be less pain in the long run.

Product undelivered and worst customer service
I had ordered a sony xperia 1iii phone along with the free headphones. I got the sony xperia 1iii but haven't recieved the headphones. I contacted them and they said that it would be delivered. It has been more than 3
months now since im contacting Digital River to get my headphones back. I have sent 17 emails and i call them every 2 to 3 days, but my order is still undelivered. Very poor service.

Bestellingen worden zonder opgave van reden geannuleerd, niettegenstaande er nog artikels beschikbaar zijn.
Bijhorende garanties die worden besteld worden NIET automatisch terugbetaald.
Je moet er zelf achteraan. Het duurt UREN voor je iemand aan de lijn krijgt. Dan begint het kastje naar de muur en allerlei argumenten waarom dat niet automatisch gebeurd. Die doen niet ter zake. Het is wat mij betreft een oplichtersbende.
LENOVO zou er beter aan doen om een andere partij te zoeken om mee in zee te gaan.
Dit straalt 100% negatief af op de kwaliteit van de producten die ze hebben.

Impossible de se faire rembourser, cela fait déjà 18j que j'attend un remboursement de 2550e. Ca n'a pas l'air de les affoler.
Support infâme, compagnie qui ne communique pas, circulation de l'argent douteuse... est ce qu'ils ne me rembourse pas pour gonfler leur CA sur une fin d'exo?
Bref, inssuportable, mon argent se balade dans la nature. Je deconseille fortement d'utiliser leur service, privilegier toujours les plus grands comme Amazon ou autre...
Pour l'instant, l'experience se résume à tout simplement du VOL.

Worst customer experience I have experienced. Ever. They handle distribution for lenovo in the UK.
After 10+ calls and 5+ emails, they still haven't done anything about a simple issue. Applying one voucher code. At this rate I'll be taking legal action just out of principle.
update: after complaining here and a few more really annoying exchanges they did their job. Still overall 1 star.

SHocking customer service. Incompetently run company that apparently has no direct communication between customer service and warehouse. Can't tell me why they haven't shipped my order, can't tell me when my order will be shipped. Can't even tell ne when I will hear about either of these things. Flat out awful
For what it's worth - Arrived quickly
For what it's worth - I was very worried when I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them after I saw all the negative reviews on here.
But the scheduled arrival time was 2 weeks and it came in about 5 days.
It is a very sought after laptop too - so all in all very happy with the speed. Haven't spoken to a service representative at this stage - so that could be another story all together.

Mir wurde jetzt zum 2. mal ein Betrag in Höhe von 54,73 über PayPal abgebucht.
Ich habe nichts bestellt und kenne diese Betrüger nicht. PayPal hat erklärt sie können keine Unstimmigkeiten erkennen und hat den Fall damit abgeschlossen. Wenn PayPal solche Betrüger zulässt kann ich keine Zahlungen mit Paypal mehr vornehmen.
