Incredible, one of a kind product

Helps me go to great restful sleep, and then I wake up early but rested and energetic.

After trying so many magnesium supplements, DIOME is on another level. My sleep has genuinely never been better since taking it every evening. And if you travel a lot, Rested is a must, I used to really struggle with my sleep routine while away but that’s completely changed. This brand has been a real discovery.

I tried rested after reading about it in the Times. Very simply put, after a week or so of taking two capsules a night my sleep pattern hit a groove that I don't ever want to end….. Thank you Diome

What I love most is that it feels natural and gentle—no weird side effects or morning haze. For anyone who’s usually not a good sleeper like me, this is hands down the best supplement I’ve tried. Highly recommend giving it a shot if you want better sleep without harsh medications.

I had such high hopes for this product, after I did alot of research and read amazing reviews in lots of top publications like The Telegraph and The Times. After waiting 4 weeks for re-stocking, I was so disappointed that it didn't work. The first time I got very interupted sleep, I then waited a couple of days to try again. This time it was even worse, interupted sleep and then all the following day I had that lethargic, zombie feeling you can get with sleeping tablets, I felt awful. I understand that some things just don't work for everyone, however the review I submitted to Diome for my purchase has not been published, maybe because it was only 2 stars??

Tried many supplements especially magnesium’s and DIOME has been the best. My sleep has improved a ton since taking every evening. Haven’t had an night scaries (anxiety) since which has been a game changer.

I would advise buying this with great caution. I experienced nightmares and terrible sleep whilst taking Rested. The company also makes it very confusing to cancel the subscription.

£60 for one month of tablets to help people sleep is an absolute outrage and way way way overpriced. I'd urge you to rethink your pricing.

I'm always sceptical about products I discover through instagram. I do feel these have helped me stay asleep longer at night. (I usually wake up every few hours) I am now on my second bottle, and find the cost a bit high. (I take these and nutrition geeks magnesium)

I had no issues with my sleep before but was looking to have a more in depth, beautiful rested sleep however when I take these tablets it completely disrupts my sleep and gives me insomnia. Worst tablets and company ever. Went from sleeping well to chaos.

I absolutely love Rested. My sleep gets thrown off whenever I travel and rested has become an absolute savior for me helping me regulate my sleep while travelling. Couldn’t recommend this product enough !

Rested has transformed my quality of sleep since I started taking it, and has made me a morning person! My Oura ring picks up on higher percentages of deep sleep, especially when I take it a few days in a row. Even if I only get 6-7hrs, my sleep score typically remains 85+!
