We were a bit unsure making our first investment in gold, however the service and support we received from Harry Higgs was first class, professional and friendly. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and was always quick to respond to our messages and emails. Will certainly recommend Direct Bullion to friends and family.

BEWARE - I paid for a 1oz gold coin. Took the money from my credit card, but couldn't find a trace of my order. Cahsed for 4 weeks, sent multiple complants but no reply. eventually told that the coin is no longer available and then told that it will take 2+weeks for delivery of a different coin - but funds still taken! Eventually mangd to get money back via credit card company.

From speaking to a consultant regarding the purchase of coins from mid November I paid cash directly to Direct Bullion on 11th December 2024 awaited delivery of 2 x gold coins, which took a long time to be delivered. I am not a 1st time investor, and assumed the coins would be sent in December however I was told customs held up delivery. Coins received 07/01/2025 the consultant has given me a few updates now on reply to my emails.

Nathan was very friendly and kept me informed of the status of my purchase and delivery. He was attentive and even when there was a slight delay with delivery, he was honest. I was not left alone throughout the process.

I ordered a gold coin from Bullion Direct on November 15th, 2024. Despite the product being readily available with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days, my order has yet to arrive. As of today, December 8th, 2024, this amounts to a delay of 13 days where there has been no attempt to contact me.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. Since placing my order, I have received only one email confirmation and numerous unsolicited sales emails. There has been no proactive communication regarding order status, and attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating. On two occasions, I was unable to speak to a representative who could access my account information. When I finally did connect with someone, they provided a delivery date that has since passed without any updates.
While I've seen positive reviews of Bullion Direct, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and significant delivery delays have severely impacted my confidence in the company. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Bullion Direct.

Just the way Harry Higgs (good name!) handled my investment & guided me through the hoops!! First time investing in the yellow stuff!!

First time buyer and Garry was charming and spoke to me every day until full payment of £5600 was made in August. Then all went quiet. Still awaiting delivery of coins, when I phone to ask when I can expect them, I’m given a date but nothing arrives! Wish I had never got involved with them, absolutely dreadful experience. So, coins arrived this morning and Garry phoned to apologise and acknowledge the level of service. This has put me off buying more gold going forward.

Had a follow up call from Harry today and I am now feeling more confident about my purchases.
There is a huge amount to understand about bullion and I hadn’t really understood the difference between graded and ungraded and the added cost/value of having a certified coin.
Now armed with this information I am definitely more confident about my purchase.

I do think it’s important you explain the difference so you can compare like for like. I had not understood what I was purchasing.

I’ve now updated my review and I hope I can eventually give you another 5 star rating. But you will work for it!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the consultant James Byrne who guided me through the process of investment of what was my first purchase of gold. His approach was excellent and provided a detailed overview of all I needed.

Sorted out all my worries does what it says on the tin & blew away the competition...will be a returning investor..!!..best of advice and after purchase support...company rocks pity I cant give a ten star review...!!..
