Poor customer service
I had a quote and started working on my project of producing an album and having it produced as a professional looking CD. I sent in an example of my artwork to clarify it would be to the correct format. Over the next week and a half I must have emailed them about 8 times to chase a response but got no reply. 4 days ago I called them and they apologised saying they had been really busy but someone would look at it for me and come back to me. After no response I emailed them again yesterday and was told that someone would send over my proofs later . Still heard nothing. I have lost confidence with the company.

my CDs came with a big misprint on the back with distorted text. they were totally unprotected in the box so came with damaged spines, scratched up and messy. I’ve been trying to fix this and chase a reprint or refund for 2 weeks via email and phone call with no luck. the people I’ve spoke to on the phone have just taken my name and number and then hung up on me, or said they will do a reprint and then made no progress. the only positive I can say is that the CDs arrived very quickly, and BEFORE I began having issues, their email replies were very quick and helpful. however, after I had issues, they have been completely ignoring me. if I don’t hear anything within the next 2 days I’ll be asking my bank to get my money back!!

I am exceeding happy with Direct Cds, the waiting time was short and the quality was very good. Communication were swift and helpful. Full Marks !!
I will be a repeat customer for sure
