Extremely rude sales person who didn't listen to my questions and didn't answer them but rather kept peddling what he thought was "good" for me and what he thought I needed.
When I confronted him and told him I want straight answer to my question he told me I can get my bed from somewhere else - which I did! It is hardly a competitive product that is not sold by others.
Having just read the bad reviews I was glad I didn't proceed with this company.

Read on the other one star reviews - you will see many referring to the rude customer service and operator.

Ordered a bed base arrived quickly and really well packaged lovely base excellent quality for such a reasonable price would definitely buy again

Received the ottoman small storage divan today and it is excellent quality a very reasonable price and gives significant additional storage in the divan base. Just 4 days from order to delivery. Came fully assembled which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery company was polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Divan Beds Centre

Good quality of bed base, easy to assembly and it came well protected.

Ordered three new beds for a rental property - one super king and two twin zipped king size beds. With headboards and mattresses. Ordering process was so simple, prices were competitive, delivery came to the hour that we requested, and the bed quality is fabulous. The headboards look very luxe, and it was great to have additional drawers etc. Cannot fault using this company and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Ordered a king size bed, which arrived within their timescales. Email correspondance regarding delivery and their assembly guide were well received.
The bed is exactly as described on their website.
I had an issue where we had mislaid a linking bar and Gopal in their Customer Services team sent out another one which arrived within 48 hours.

I recently purchased a bed for my Brother. I needed it to be delivered quickly. I spoke to Gopal at the Divan Bed Centre. He managed to have it delivered on time and it was still Free delivery. The quality was really good. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I purchased a 3ft single bed with drawers and mattress, delivery was prompt and for the price very good quality..would highly recommend them.

Ordered a small double Otterman and was lead to believe the delivery would be within 3 days as stated on website. Waited for the confirmation email the day before, nothing received so called to chase and was given delivery dates for 6 days later.
Had to pay for a guaranteed time slot so took the free option. Delivery came within the time slot but they tried to leave the bed at the front door. After a small argument they took the bed to room as stated they would do. Was under the assumption the bed would be made as states assembled but this is not the case.
Called the company and spoke to a rude guy who didnt care and said someone will call me back. Called back myself and got a women who just hung up. On third attempt got the original guy who was just as rude and said a manager will call back soon. This happened nearly 6 hours later than my original call. The Manager was just as rude as his underlings. Tried to talk over me from onset and would not listen to anything I had to say. Tried to point out that build instructions were sent. This is true, they were sent via email following me calling up to complain via email attachment in PDF format. Maybe slightly cheaper than buying from an actual shop but the savings are not worth it, Will be avoiding this company in the future.

The company isn't serious or professional.
Ordered a single bed, on the Web there was an option to put in preference of a time, I did.
Suddenly, I'm getting emails asking me to make 40 pound payment "Please reply back with payment confirmation so we can add this extra service with your order or if you prefer to proceed with your delivery without adding this extra service."
I looked at it & thought they are offering an additional service.
I ignored the email as I was available all day on Wed.
On Tue evening, I am getting a text saying
"We have sent you an email from support@.......co.uk regarding the payment of guaranteed delivery charges . Please check your email and reply back".
I replied immediately to the email saying "no additional time slot is needed - no payment due".
Only to find out the following dates that delivery was moved to Thursday!
Called the customer service who said someone will call me back immediately- no call. Instead, short abrupt emails blaming me for not replying to an email with the 40 payment request hence the bed wasn't loaded for delivery on Wed!
Customer service non existing! Would never recommend neither will buy another bed.
I am yet to see what will arrive & i have to take another day off!
Stay away from this unprofessional company!

Fast and efficient service. The ordering process was simple and informative. Easy to chose the various options for the beds, then everything confirmed before the order was processed. The information was then available on line to monitor progress. Once the order was ready for shipping I was kept fully informed by The Divan Centre and their chosen couriers and the delivery went smoothly. Beds are good quality for the money. Really pleased with the overall experience.
