    I ordered a dive light 15 days ago

    I ordered a dive light 15 days ago, and still no info about the shipping, last thing they told was that they are waiting on big blue to send them the light, which I don’t understand how they put the light in stock on the website if they don’t even have it, after 15 days I can see that they still have the light in their website like if they have it in stock, so to me it feels like the whole big blue story is bs, just beware if you are buying with them, it will take forever to get it because probably they don’t have it in stock..it’s like buying from wish…
    I had to rent a dive light yesterday just because by this day I was supposed to have mine.
    Just read the one star reviews and you will see people with the same issue, delays in shipping, no stock, the website is not updated.

    HI Alian, I'm really sorry for the headache. As we mention in the rules of Black Friday, some things come and go quickly, and it can take an extra few days to come back in. This one was compounded with delays from the manufacturer in regards to customs holding up their shipment much longer than they should have. Had that not happened, we wouldn't have run out, and shipped immediately. You're order did ship out 4 days ago, you got the email at 2:46pm on the 8th, and I know Kim had numerous emails to you about the status thru this whole headache.

    I'm really sorry for the delay with the holidays, customs, and us running out because Big Blue had such an amazing discount. You got an excellent light, and it looks like the tracking shows it will be there on Friday the 15th.

    I'm really sorry for how this transpired, if you decide to place another order with us, let me know and we will stretch your dollars to try and help make up for this slight headache. This year, was actually our best year on back orders, we've shipped 98% of orders within 12 hours! I know it doesn't seem like it, but get better every year and have invested heavily in our inventory. That's why the 1 star reviews, get further and further out in regards to times and how many we get each year as we grow.

    For me, the decision to purchase from Dive Right In Scuba was made after I took a close look at the "Team" pictures on the website. Looks like you have a good operation and know how to have fun and make it all work.

    Top notch customer service.

    Even though I ordered my equipment after hours, I received a email asking when I needed my equipment by. They went above and beyond making sure I received my order when I needed it by! Top notch customer service!

    saw a special price on a pee valve…

    saw a special price on a pee valve (email and on the search results of products on the site) The price was showing up as non discounted when placed in my cart. Called and the honored the lower price.
