Fast delivery, well packaged. The mini packet of Haribo Tangfastics was a lovely unexpected touch too (very Qwertee!).

My only complaint would be the use of DHL E-Commerce for shipping which is why I dropped a star. The delivery itself was fine but there's no mobile app (at least on Android) and the tracking on their website is rather limited, albeit was delivered in the suggested timeslot if you bother to use their website. Using a more premium shipping company like DPD would've been appreciated.

I don’t know the first thing about decks and my daughter wanted a starter set. I saw the starter set on D J Deals and everything that was included was very well described which put my mind at ease. I received everything that was listed and I even got a surprise packet of sweets in the box which I was delighted about (it’s the small things 🤗) my daughter was delighted at the set and has been on the decks non stop! Thank you to all at D J Deals ☺️

Fantastic product price and service, highly recommended. 🕺

Great service, very knowledgeable. Only comments would be the courier company you use, like others, who have reported issues. totally not DJ Deals fault but I have had multiple issues with DPD (on separate occasions), including losing parcels, failed deliveries all pretty recently. The excuse they gave you and I about one of the parcels being a day late (should have been next day delivery), because of bad weather. It really wasn't bad weather after checking the forecast.

And no, I do not work in logistics, just some honest feedback.

Great Service, fast delivery

Got all my equipment the next day like they said . They had everything I needed. Plus questions were answered professionally.

Easy to navigate web page and after purchase help with dealing with the problem delivery company was very helpful and to top it all off was the price of the item I bought was far cheaper than others.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend

Did what it said on the tin.

Excellent customer service. Maintained communication with me about delivery times for various items I ordered. Above and beyond what other companies do

Speedy delivery next day, got my decks on xmas eve which I didn't expect it so quickly.

Stunned how soon item arrived, particularly considering the time of year. Everything as you'd want.

The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 is an outstanding all-in-one controller, perfect for both professional DJs and those looking for top-level performance in a compact setup. The large touchscreen is sharp, fast, and very responsive, the workflow is intuitive, and the sound quality is excellent. The jog wheels feel precise, the effects are powerful and well-balanced, and the overall build quality is solid and reliable.

A modern, professional, and extremely well-designed unit – a true 5-star choice with no compromises. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered a Serato midi controller late on a Thursday. I called to verify stock. Received the next day. Excellent!!!

Bought a Pioneer set from dj deals for my daughter for Christmas.
