From ordering to recieving was very simple, even though bank holiday weekend delivery was quick

Good service but very disappointed with the price I paid £826.00 for the Mackie SRM Column PA system from Dj super stores
I could of purchased from
Gear 4 music orbAndetsons PA for £749.00
That’s a huge difference in price of £77.00

Really great experience shopping with these guys. My partner had some money from a whip round for his 50th birthday from his friends to put towards a new controller as his was knackered, he chose what he thought he wanted and we took finance out to cover the rest of the balance. Unfortunately Parcel Force were extra useless delivering the unit so we had to pick it up and we got it way after the purchase date. When Ben opened the box he soon realised he had ordered the wrong thing. We were concerned that the finance etc may interfere with us doing an exchange or refund. The guys over the phone at DJ Superstore were friendly, knowledgeable and called back when they said they would, they advised us what we actually needed and explained how to sort the exchange, we decided to actually make the 90 min drive to the store to do the exchange and they were just as fabulous in person! I now have an overjoyed partner with exactly what he wanted (Pioneer XDJ RX3) and can’t thank the guys enough! 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Now this is the service you want from a company ordered an item Saturday evening at 5pm. It was delivered by Steve 11am Sunday right to my door. Can't fault anything and will use for my needs when required. A lot of Dj companies out there could learn a lesson here!

Absolutely faultless customer service! Even when the flx10 came with the wrong power lead (pioneers fault) called dj superstore,they couldn't apologise enough and a correct lead was shipped overnight! Outstanding!! 👏👏👏

I bought the XDJ RX3 on back order and when it arrived in store I rang to pay the extra £10 to have next day delivery. The guys in the store told me that I didn't need to pay the £10, it was being delivered next day for free.. Now I know the kit is £1700 and you would expect free delivery, but free next day is pretty good service!! Thanks guys 🙏👍🏻👌🏻
