I live in Jersey (Channel Islands) and ordered a flight case days before travelling to another country. I told DJ Superstore of the situation, they processed it straight away and it arrived two days later. Jersey is a VAT exempt jurisdiction, they accounted for this with no prompt from me, which was very good (this is usually a tedious process). I will be using them again in the future.

After being very anxious about making such a big purchase, a quick phone call to the store and Darren soon put my mind at ease! Excellent customer service next level. Sorted me out with a great deal and when I called back a couple of weeks later he sorted me out again best price and again great service from him and the other guys I spoke to. Will defo be back and Highley recommend 👌

Great service
I ordered pretty late to the deadline for next day delivery.
They rang me within 5 minutes advising me that the deliveries had just been picked up.
Free of charge, they posted it on the Saturday / Sunday delivery service that was coming in 10 minutes.
Parcel arrived the following day at 11 in the morning less than 24 hrs after I ordered.
