Very professional, very knowledgeable and always helpful, the lady in question today made it so easy to understand and very stress free to renew my policy.

It's always tricky for me to renew my trader policy as the broker is the managing link between me and the insurer but think DNA, more specifically Laura C along with her colleagues helped me understand and choose the best option moving forward, for comparison, another company, after just recieving my details led me to believe they just can't be bothered,

Matt was an absolute belter; I called for a renewal quote and he came in slightly better than my existing insurer. Not a significant sum involved, but his response times were excellent.
The proof of the pudding will be his after sales care now I've paid up.
Historically, brokers tend to focus on new business, not existing customers. Only time will tell.

I’ve been having difficulty trying to add one of my vehicles for two days in a row. I spoke to Toni Brooker and she got it sorted within five minutes. She said she would call straight back, and she did exactly that. Everything I asked for was done within minutes. Really easy and pleasant to deal with.
