It was simple,straight forward and a good form of protection.

I have autism and doing things is really difficult for me. I’m ashamed to say it took me nearly a year to take their samples even tho it was so easy. Shame on me.
I was worried they might not do it after all that time but all good. Very happy.

Amazing idea great knowing my little dog is now DNA protected .. i had a few questions which was quickly and thoroughly answer by a very friendly and knowledgable person .. the test was very easy to use and i got my results back with in 3 weeks i also got some of the items they sell such as more tags and harness patched as my dog has multiple collars and harnesses .. the patches look great on her harness .. highly recommend getting your dog done for piece of mind even though my little girl is micro chipped and has a tracker its always worth going that 1 step further

All good. We received the kit in a couple of days, it was very easy to use.
Once we returned it our dog was on the register in a little over a week.
