The door panel was great and a good colour match as well

Great service from measurements to delivery all completed in less than two weeks

We had several ill-fitting UPVC windows and doors throughout the house and Dave swiftly diagnosed the repairs required on his initial visit. He communicated with email or WhatsApp messages which were always prompt and clear, including DNK's quotation for the job. Dave fitted the hinges, handles or locks quickly and efficiently and adjusted windows and doors as necessary. He explained each aspect of the work which he did neat and tidily. Invoicing and payment was equally prompt and efficient by email and exactly as quoted. Dave was also very courteous and friendly throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending DNK Services for the repair and maintenance of household windows and doors.

Very well made door panel and a great price. Thanks.

Item was 6 days early, it was in perfect condition, price was great. didn't think I could get excited over a new door panel. Customer service is excellent, courier was also very polite. Will definitely use DNK Services again. ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Dave is an absolute star! Here I was, all set to replace the entire front door and brace for the financial hit, but Dave, with his honesty and expertise, simply repaired it instead. He saved me over a thousand bucks! I highly recommend his services. He was professional, punctual, and tackled the issue right at its core, fixing it in no time. If Dave were a superhero, his superpower would be saving doors (and wallets) one honest repair at a time!

I had an excellent experience getting work done on my home. Dave was quick to respond and efficiently completed the job. My door was installed beautifully, and I’m thrilled with the entire process. No excuses, no delays—just quality work. While doors can be pricey, the quality was definitely worth it.

Very helpful and reliable. Good communication and friendly. I've used the company a couple of times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Dave fitted 2 doors at our property to custom specifications. The website for design was easy to use and we had a follow up visit to check all was possible before fitting.

I normally replace failed double glazed units, but also fit upvc panels when the need arises and I have always used DNK.

Communication is good, packaging for delivery is comprehensive and over the 12 years I have ordered from them, I have always been really happy with the service.

Recently, there was an issue with a door panel for a customer of mine, and DNK resolved it quickly to everyone’s satisfaction, and without any red-tape or fuss. Now isn’t that how customer service should be?

Dave was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me pick perfect utility & back doors that matched my kitchen. We also got 7 misty windows replaced - all for a great price, especially for the quality and hard work Dave puts in. He also fixed our porch door that had dropped.

He's very responsive on emails and him and his dad were very polite and friendly when installing. They received the doors earlier than expected and managed to fit us in a lot sooner, which was great! I would definitely use DNK services again.
