Excellent service and very professional, helpful team

The team were excellent. The move out was extremely efficient (they arrived 15 mins early) meaning we were fully moved out by around 10 to allow cleaners access, followed by seamless pickup of additional items from a local storage unit. They stayed in close contact during a delay in our seller moving out (which did incur a charge but this was clearly stated and pre-agreed). No breakages, clear communication throughout, and a lot of care taken with our belongings on an otherwise stressful day. I strongly recommend them.

The DN Removals team were absolutely incredible. They were on time, professional, kind, and so helpful for a stressful move. We were delayed in having a rug delivered so they had to wait around to move the table back into place and they were so patient and made the whole move virtually stress-free. Could not recommend them enough!

On the day itself, Khan and his team were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient—arriving on time and getting everything loaded and unloaded in a very short amount of time. What really stood out was how careful and mindful they were with all of my belongings. Everything was handled with great care, and nothing was damaged throughout the entire journey.

This is the best company I have ever used (I have moved several times within London). From the first interaction with Adam, who prepared an adjusted quotation with no last minute surprise charges, to the team that came to pack and to load and unload our stuff in the new house, I have only compliments to this company. The team that came to pack and move our whole house were professional, polite and took excellent care of everything (including very delicate glassware, a music system, lots of ceramics, etc...). Nothing was damaged, nothing was even scratched, even though the items left a basement flat with a narrow door and got to a first and second floor maisonette with narrow stairs. Don't look for more options, DN removals is your company.

Really impressed with DN Removals. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. They took great care with our furniture and fragile items, and the whole move was much less stressful than I expected. Turned up on time, got everything loaded and unloaded efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. I’d happily use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone moving house.

Incredibly impressed by the friendly, professional and efficient service. The team worked seamlessly, moving from our 4th floor flat (including dismantling furniture) to the new house. They acted thoughtfully, making sure boxes and furniture were put into the right rooms, and that the reassembled furniture was all fine. We would highly recommend the DN team and will be using them again for our next move!

From the moment they started packing they were so kind, considerate and reassuring. We had an exceptionally stressful experience with the former owners of the house we had bought refusing us entry, and they had also not removed the majority of their bulky furniture. This meant the DN team had to wait several hours and they treated us with such compassion and kindness - even taking the time to stop and say comforting words whilst still working so swiftly and efficiently.
They took great care of all our belongings, but asked if anything was particularly special or sentimental and presented me with these by hand at the new house so I knew where they were. Communication was brilliant from quote to finish. If you're looking for a truly reliable and efficient removals company honestly look no further.

The team was efficient professional yet friendly. They packed my house in record time. They showed great patience when my completion was delayed. I had to leave one van in storage due to delayed access to it. The overall fee was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending the team for your move.
