Lovely plants and gifts. Very nice cafe.

We have a large area that was very, very overgrown quite a way from the house (particularly watering facilities) which we want to eventually be as self-sustaining as possible so needed quite a number of bushy type plants and ground cover. We went to your sale section to buy the bigger plants and then round the smaller spreading plants. We also bought a load of cyclamen to put in to brighten it all up for now and generally had a lovely time helped by pleasant knowledgeable staff. I also signed up for your Dobbies card.

An enjoyable afternoon, with good cup of capachono coffee. And a walk a round the Plants for sale, and bought some Violas for my garden

Waited 40 minutes for food to arrive when it did bacon was uncooked toast was cold and brittle beans were dried on the plate - we did complain we were told there was a new cook that wasn’t coping well - never had such a bad breakfast

Always inviting, clean and lots of lovely products. Seasonal plants available and the sales are brilliant if you’re looking for a bargain.
Great to visit and have a cuppa and a cake.

We really enjoy visiting Dobbies, the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store carries a good selection across all its ranges and the reward card is excellent. The restaurant is clean and offers good value, delicious food. We will be back!

Its a lovely place to go. I am not complaining, but myself and my husband went for breakfast on Monday 21st August and we ordered 2 breakfasts, 1 with scrambled egg and 1 with a fried egg and white bread toast. When they came both had fried eggs on them and there was 1 white bread toast and 1brown bread. It didn't bother us, but check when your food comes. We didn't say anything while we were there because we weren't bothered and we will be going back again.

We went to Boston dobbies for lunch we were told it would be 20 minutes we waited and waited then the lady who seemed to be in charge came along and changed the box on our table to the next table and asked if some one had seen us she seemed to be struggling with table numbers when someone came to take our order they walked past us and went to the next table who had come in after us took there order then came to us when the order turned up there was only one plate we had asked for two as we were going to share off she rushed after a wait she brought a plate asking who wanted it,we were also missing a bowl of chips she went of again waited for to come back she again ask who's chips then she told us that we had not ordered any chips but gave us the chips and said don't worry though all the time she was saying she was stressed and felt like going home it was the worse lunch we have there !

As per my previous review ( of which I had no response to) had coffee and cake in the cafe, service was good, coffee and cake was good, but as per last visit/ review the table was dirty and outside there were dirty tables, leaves under the tables and dirty napkins, this had not been swept for a long time

Had terrible service at Debbie's,Boston. I was told by the waitress my table number, was informed that the table hadn't been cleared and that I can clear it myself by placing the items on a table near the door.
Waitress noticed the glass she had given me was dirty,said she would fetch another,and she didn't return.
I would certainly NOT recommend this place.

Had breakfast which was very disappointing
Cardboard bacon congealed beans over cooked hash brown bought out late as it was forgotten, for the price you pay it was not good ,I would say just edible but would not recommend or return

Disappointed waited an age for a sandwich so tea and coffee was
cold also cheap Bread not impressed!!
Very Overpriced!

Dropped in with 2 friends for a coffee staff were very pleasant and helpful also sat outside among the plants in the sunshine was lovely will definitely do it again

The coffee shop was closed due to lack of staff, a coach visit and 90th birthday taking place. I arrived with an elderly neighbour to treat her to a coffee & scone and nothing was to much for them. We were able to sit and talk without being pressured to leave and when we did leave due to being near closing time a foreign lady entered asking if it was to late to have a drink and cake and they said it was ok and obviously served her even though they had already washed the floors.
