Worst coffee that

We like the fact we can bring the dog and browse cannock

We found what we were looking for and are happy with it but we thought some of the plants were expensive compared with out of town garden centres.

Unfortunately lots of items in the store were not logged correctly at the til, quite disappointing as the queue is then held up and it’s not the customers or the ladies on the till’s fault. Easily remedied though! 🙂

I’ve visited Dobbies 3 times recently. I appreciated the ‘free’ coffees (courtesy of my membership) and thought the items for sale in the shopping areas were fairly comprehensive. I was disappointed to find the clothing and handbag area had disappeared and been replaced with much more expensive handbags which I was not impressed with. Overall very satisfied.

Bought my Christmas tree from Dobbies as I do every year. Always good quality.
The lovely assistant helped me with the tree, took it to the desk and then to my car. Wish I could remember his name as I always find him so helpful. Thank you

Good quality goods and very helpful staff

Advertised up to 50% reductions on goods
Well stuff like globes ornaments not much else.
So total waste of time wouldn’t visit again when they offer 50% it’s all on cheap stuff I wouldn’t buy.

Getting very disappointed no clothes no scarves in store . Waiting time too long in restaurant food cold by the time you order drinks then have to send it back to be reheated ! Not good

Lovely to see all the Christmas decorations and a nice coffee and scone in the restaurant.

No issues at all with purchases from the shop. However the restaurant is a different story, processing orders is slow, if you just want a drink you have to queue behind people ordering food which takes quite a long time. One can use the self serve drinks machine but were then do you rejoin the queue - one feels they are pushing in.

Lucky to have this branch on our doorstep. Always a lovely place to visit.

Very pleased with the variety of goods available

I enjoyed a pleasant afternoon at Gailey Dobbies with my friend. We met for a snack in the restaurant and a few cups of coffee. The staff were very busy, but efficient. After a browse around the garden centre, we completed a very pleasant afternoon. This will be a regular outing for us.
