Absolutely terrible ! Microwaved jacket potatoes!! Didn’t know you could do them so bad! Sent them back only to get the same again !!

Recently I once again had fish and chips. Previously the quantity and quality of fish and chips had been reasonable. However this time things had changed. A very small piece of poor quality fish was was served with mediocre chips. Considering the price of the meal it was very poor value for money. My wife and myself will not be eating there again.

Waited an hour for food and the drinks order was wrong. We left. The restaurant is run so badly here.

Went to Dobbie’s in Huntingdon today at 1.30pm and ALL the mains and specials were unavailable except ham egg and chips. We ended up with a small jacket potato and very little topping. All the deserts were unavailable too. Shocking! Its only redeeming factor was that the staff were friendly and apologetic. What on Earth went wrong

Had what I required - "Jacks Magic" compost

Ordered 2 climbing hydrangeas online for click and collect from Perth.
Nice experience on collecting and enjoyed a very good coffee afterwards.

The cafe at the Houghton branch has appalling service. Several of the staff in that cafe are unfriendly and are very slow and uncaring about what the are doing. Queues are almost always present and it is not unusual to take 15-20 minutes to get served with something simple like a coffee and scone.

The staff were on the whole polite, except one lady in the restaurant who totally ignored me when I tried to attract her attention. The food was first class

I brought a pair of edge grass scissors for my parents Ash plot in the church grave yard. Easy to find. I haven't used yet.

Well stocked garden centre we managed to get bird feeders and stocked up on bird food

Lovely place to shop and have tea/ coffee. Dog friendly which is a bonus.

Poor customer service.
I was looking for a garden water feature. I was advised that customer service was at the tills !!
I asked if I could speak to a member of staff about water feature. Staff at till very polite but were unable to locate anyone on site to help me. After a fifteen minute wait I gave up.
Luckily there’s a Nottcuts nearby a completely different experience, friendly well informed staff. Got my water feature 😀

It's always a pleasure to spend a while in the Garden Centre and my daughter and I visit regularly. We always stop off in the cafe for tea and cake!

Pet food area really depleated. Lots of empty shelves.

Helpful staff and lovely place to wander around. I always use the cafe as I enjoy using by card too. Lovely place for me to 'work' too
