It was a good visit with plenty of plants - all in great condition. Knowledgable staff too and not overcrowded.

A neat ‘little’ garden centre, has anything you might need for your horticultural needs and more. Usually not too busy, good variety of plants. Cafe would be nice, so one could have a bit of a rest with a cuppa and wonder, if one more or even two plants would fit into the given budget…

Dobbies arriving in Keston has made a refreshing change to the previous owners of the garden centre. The plants all look healthy, well watered and there’s an abundance of staff on hand to help. Very pleased Dobbies is now on our doorstep.

Dobbies is my happy place! There is such a variety of plants, flowers, trees etc its easy to go mad. Everything is value for money. Everything is in greay condition. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. There isnt a question ive asked they haven't known the answer to. Everything is set out so you can see everything. Its the best garden centre around and i would highly recommend anyone to go there, if you're a novice gardener theres plenty of help on hand and for keen grdeners, every thing you need in one place. I'm going tomorrow!

Good service and knowledgeable staff, but not all prices clearly displayed and (yet again) no ericaceous compost available.

The staff were very helpful in identifying the right compost we needed .
They loaded up the car for us .
No queuing at the tills .
We were able to purchase everything we needed

Offer on pansies and violas taken up.Good value.
Other than plants not so many other items offered as in other centres.
Very disappointed that although we have the more expensive membership there is still no coffee shop or even coffee available at your Keston Branch so feel we are paying extra for no benefit.Appears staff are in short supply.
Do hope that by the end of the year more variable stock will be available together with a cafe.
