The engineer was very thorough and managed to "find" the lost article in one of the water pipes from my washing machine.
He tested the machine to verify that it was working correctly afterwards.

Engineer not helpful with my Washing Machine at all.
He misdiagnosed the fault and left me in the lurch!
Machine still not working! Unfortunate really! As I am looking after my Mummy who's vulnerable.
No solution found. I told him that the drum had gone!
