Ordered a tumble dryer on Monday morning, the order was sent to the courier on Tuesday for delivery that week. The courier company couldn't deliver in the guaranteed time frame so Eoin went out of his way and collected it from the courier's and delivered it on that Saturday morning. What a true gent. Would definitely deal with them again in the future. Thanks again Eoin.

Terrible service so far. Purchased a Neff oven which has been now delivered twice damaged. Did not accept the first item as the packaging was damaged. The same happened today and under the package the oven has a huge dent in it. Have not been able to speak to anyone about a replacement yet.

I purchased on line and considering all the protests were going on, my washing machine arrived very promptly, without any issue, and the delivery man was very friendly and answered a few questions I had about my machine.

I’m delighted with my new fridge. It suits my space perfectly, looks fantastic, and the service from start to finish was excellent.
