Airmesh harness frayed after 1st use, very disappointed that the fluorescent edge unravelled from the piped edge completely down one side.

Puppy harness
Ordered my puppy a harness and I’m so happy with it. The fit is perfect and the colour is lovely, we have had so many compliments on it. She seems comfortable with it on and can run and play easily. Will be ordering accessories and a new harness as she grows!

Absolutely awful customer service harness has not arrived despite them saying 3-5 days which has past the tracking shows gone to wrong sorting office and virtually disappeared but their response is not of apology rather not our problem you can just wait without your goods another week then they will re check and it’s 28 days before they can claim from postoffice or I can call post office and chase ! When they should be doing that they paid for service. No matter how good the product with a customer service that does nothing to help is not a company worth using and I certainly won’t be again. It also puts doubts as to what their products are actually like when the service is this poor, so if you’re hoping to order with reliability then look elsewhere as this company has ZERO customer service. I just wanted to update at no time did I get an apology until now and you asked for my phone number once added to which I was told to call Royal Mail and nowhere did you say until complaint that if it didn’t come weekend you would sort this although still no how. Nothing worse than excuses

Thanks so much for your review – we are really sorry you feel this way. We’ve asked your phone number on multiple occasions so that we can talk this through as we do find that talking direct to customers is the best way to go! We have apologised for this delay, we dispatched your order on the same day that you placed the order but as your review states, Royal Mail delivered this to the wrong depot. We have requested you wait until Wednesday to just see if the tracking moves and we let you know that if it hadn’t we would of course sort this out with you. We pride ourselves on our customer service as shown by our 4.9* rating and our product quality. Again, we are sorry that Royal Mail haven’t delivered your item yet but as promised, we will be sure to sort it if you don’t receive the item over the weekend!

Great choice of leads
Great choice of leads, collars and harnesses. I ordered a spare lead to keep in the car. The delivery of the item only took a couple of days from placing the order - excellent.
