Thank you for your review. Sorry that you ordered the wrong handing for what you needed.
When you called we did suggest you to buy the correct handing and return the other set for a full refund. We also offered if you return the item undamaged we would then send out the correct handing with no charge. This can take some time so if you are urgent we suggest buying it first and returning for a refund later.
You were not happy with either option and asked us to send out the correct hand and trust you would return the incorrect hand. When we refused to do this you finally said you had already started adjusting them and you would sort it our yourself.

S3401.SES.MEC Doorcloser
The product was swiftly delivered and as described, good quality and worked perfectly. We used it to replace the previous door closer which was making the door very heavy to open and close. This door closer has made a noticeable difference and the door is much easier to open and close.

The goods have not been received as…
The goods have not been received as yet, although paid for. I initially gave a one star review, as I was concerned at not receiving the goods…I wrongly assumed that reviews would be requested only after despatch of orders. The gentleman I spoke to on ordering was extremely professional, and I fully expect that the order will be exactly as requested.

Thank you for your review. The key you have ordered is for a patent protected system and as advised at the time of ordering these keys take 7 - 10 working days to manufacture and deliver. Your order was taken 5 days ago and so you key should be with you in the next week. Regards, Doorstuff team.
Very helpful
I was looking to change all my internal door handles, but they were old and i was struggling to fnd them. This Company was really helpful.
I did leave a previous review of 1 star but got the Company mixed up with some other Company.

Really impressed with Door Stuff
Really impressed with Door Stuff, I'd never heard of them before, but when I needed a new door handle, they had the best prices. I checked some reviews, which looked great so I placed my order. My new handle arrived the following day as promised. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more!
