Doreebonner Avaliações

Our shipment from Canada was very professionaly handled by Doree Bonner. From my inital and regular communication with Zhanet Ilieva regarding customs and delivery to the delivery in the very capably hands of Brian and Ben (High Wycombe). Zhanet was on it! quick replies and acknowledgement of my emails even when a reply was not necessary. Brian and Ben were very friendly and polite in a genuine way, well presented and professional from beginning to end. This was our third experience with Doree Bonner and they have been fantastic throughout!

Absolute nightmare from start to finish, disappointing service and a stressful experience, would not recommend. One star says it all !

Amazing job done by Ben and Brian S from the High Wycombe depot. Packed my belongings fast and efficiently. Had a lot of fun chatting as well! Many thanks, would definitely recommend their service. Job reference 297510.

The crew arrived early, were very polite & professional. They came & got the furniture out working as team. They were approachable, answered any questions I had, they were respectful of my house.
The two young men Tom & Jay were lovely.
Thank you

Arrived on time. Very polite. Trustworthy. Very efficent.
Thank you.
Dave, Olly & Joe.

Excellent service from Brian and Des who arrived on time were polite, friendly and helpful. Carefully placed furniture where instructed. A good team.
Refer job no,290927 A. From the High Wycombe Depot.
A good deed well done..

Everything was collected and taken away and stored efficiently and quickly.
The return of all my kitchen equipment and furniture was excellent. There was a huge amount of chaos in the house with a new kitchen being fitted and the crew (Darrell and Yasim) were so helpful. Making sure I could fit everything into a very small space! Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I just want to say a huge thankyou to Mark Liddington and Malachi Francis for making the move go smoothly. They were highly professional, efficient and really careful with the furniture. I have used a number of removal firms and these have been the best. Thank-you for making the process stress free.

Michael, Paul and Joe S have helped sort our removal from our property in Newcastle really professionally. They finished a day early and were well organised, careful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had to have a majority of our living room cleared out for some flat works and doreebonner were arranged to collect our items/furniture, store it and then return it after the works concluded. They were excellent in their communication, packing and storing and returning of everything. We had Sam Toby and Ash collect our items which they handled with care and were very efficient and friendly. We then had Nick and Kieran return our items and they were also incredibly quick, professional and friendly. Really appreciate all of their work and would absolutely recommend the company to others.

Amazing team from start to finish, provided an excellent professional service making our move easy and stress free, couldn’t have done it without them, a big thanks to Phil, Dom, John, Ollie, Joe S & Joe L!

DB have a unique and efficient method of storing furniture. Everything is wrapped and sealed into a container and is not opened until it is returned to the property.
I found this method very comforting.
Also, the guys were very careful and pleasant and made the whole experience less stressful

Job ref 296588. Steve, Joe S and Paul were absolutely fantastic and moved us out of our house quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and they took care of everything. They were joined later by Brian, Dillon and Nev who helped them move us into our new home, again with no bother. I can’t rate them highly enough and would definitely recommend.

Moving across the world is incredibly stressful, but Sam J and Harry D made the first major step collecting my international shipment to South Africa an absolute breeze.

They arrived with fantastic energy and handled my worldly possessions with so much care you’d think my cardboard boxes were filled with literal gold. They packed and loaded everything so securely that I'm completely confident it'll survive the long journey south.

Honestly, their professionalism was so sharp, it was practically pro-feline-alism—which makes perfect sense given the cat on the logo! They truly are the purr-fect movers.
They took all the weight off my shoulders (literally and figuratively) and gave my shipment a world-class send-off. Cheers, lads! You made a daunting international move start on the best possible note.

Ashley A and Sam J came to put some large bulky items into storage - an extremely heavy table and 6 chairs, another table with 4 chairs and 2 large sofas. They worked swiftly and methodically taking very good care to wrap both sofas completely into a ginormous bag, taped it all up to keep it in place and also bubble wrapped the tables. They realised immediately that they would need to disassemble the large table from the base as other wise it would be too heavy, awkward and difficult to get out of the house. In no time at all it was bubblewrapped to perfection and loaded. I was most impressed with how they negotiated getting these items into the container. It was nice to know when they explained that they would seal the container and that at the storage site it would not be opened but taken off by forklift and placed in location linking both container number to our name and address until we needed them re-delivered.

Sam J and Adam J did an amazing job today, they were fast, reliable and extremely accurate. We would definitely recommend this service and Sam and Adam in particular

Excellent service from Desmond & Brian S from the High Wycombe Depot in delivering our shipment of boxes (mostly books, far too many books, which makes for very heavy boxes) up a flight of stairs. Couldn't ask for better work. (Job Ref 264833)

The initial visit was very helpful to explain how Doree Bonner set about their removals. The assessment for my needs was done and completed in a very short time and the staff member was polite and thoroughly professional.

Very professional and friendly team! 10 out of 10.

The guys were great and made a stressful time less stressful. They had all our possessions in the van in no time and put the items in the rooms required. Have used them in our previous moves which we received the same level of service.
