Your photo and video are not in accordance with what we receive, your description that lies like human hair even the mane of a horse is better, the smell let's not talk about it, when my fingers pass through the hair very difficult and dry, the color olalala of the never seen I also asked for a customization that was not even carried out..

You talk to me about a compensation I don't sell refund me my money one point that's all.. you think throw away our money like that we try to trust you and you eat our money like that God is great.

I think my experience with Dorsanee hair was better than what I expected. The lace was easy to melt and the hair was very soft and easy to work with.

Ordered my wig 12 days ago have not recieved anything in the mail. I have never had a wig take so long to come and no information. I was given an order # and ten days later a tracking number which does not come up in DHL, USPS,UPS, OR FEDEX. I am frustrated and will now stop the next 3 payments.

I love this wig so much! The hair is incredibly soft and natural-looking, and it doesn't tangle or shed easily. The deep, wavy texture is beautiful and maintains its curl even after multiple washes. The lace is incredibly high-definition, fine, and easily conforms to my scalp, giving it a natural, almost real-looking look. The wig comes pre-plucked, and the knots are bleached, making it even easier to wear.

The 200% density gives it the perfect amount of volume—just the right amount without being too heavy. The length (22 inches) is exactly as described.
I've received so many compliments on it, and it's so easy to wear and style. This is one of the best wigs I've ever purchased. I recommend it without hesitation!

So since I have written this review, I have received nonstop communication, and it has been absolutely hysterical! I don't understand how this same employee that was offering a credit and trying to negotiate with me is now begging me to take my review down and telling me she is going to lose her job behind her company having terrible customer service? Having the audacity to tell me that she can't afford to lose her job because she has kids to take care of and now you want to offer me a full refund plus $20 more? How many other customers have they done this to? It's not ok to play around with people's money and then when you get caught up, called out and put on blast then it's I'm sorry please take the bad review down because I will lose my job. OH WELL!!!! STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND STOP TRYING TO NEGOTIATE WITH ME!

Don't bother!!! I ordered a wig that was supposed to be a blonde curly 200 density 24in and boy oh boy was I in for a surprise when this thing arrived! This looked like it was maybe 100 density and nothing like the video I was promised! I went back and forth with Jessica in customer service for days and provided picture after picture. The wig wasn't even the correct length that I ordered. It was barely 20in mind you I spent almost $300 on this wig. Well customer service had the nerve to offer me a $50 credit on a future purchase and not even a refund. They carried on about how expensive shipping prices are and told me that the $30 shipping would have to come out of my pocket. They tried to go back and forth negotiating with me and the final offer was a $70 refund and I could keep this terrible wig. Don't trust this company at all because after reading all the other reviews I wish I would have read them all first because I only went through the same thing. This is a fraudulent company that takes no pride in customer service matters. I will now take matters into my own hands and report them as a fraud to the BBB as well as my credit card company attached with all the proof of communication of emails and pictures!

First and LAST time ordering from this "company". The hair I ordered ISN'T what I received. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED!!!! Can't get anyone from customer service on the phone. Support email isn't any help at all, they keep trying to tell me I mixed up my order. Been requesting a FULL REFUND for the past 3-4 days and STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE. This "company" ISN'T professional one bit. If you have money to waste, this is the "company" for you. I suggest you Save your money and SPEND IT ELSE WHERE!! The ONLY THIS "COMPANY" HAS DONE is given me excuse after excuse for not wanting to refund my money. The "video" your "Company" sent is COMPLETELY BLACK AND DARK. IT SHOWS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BEING PACKED, LABELED, NOTHING. IT'S JUST A 20 SECOND VIDEO OF DARKNESS AND NO SOUND. RIP OFF!!!!!

The hair is a good texture. The wig is top notch very good for the price and great quality.

I brought a wig for my granddaughter from this site. I wanted to return it. They didn’t want me to return it, but they said it was gonna give me a $50 credit and a $50 refund and I can keep the wig. I never got the $50 credit never went to my account and the $50 Refund never came. They are scammers do not buy wigs from them. They will tell you anything. They are no good. Keep your money. Go somewhere else

I recieved my Beautiful wavy wig in about 2 weeks! I love it. You can part it anywhere!! I will definitely be ordering again.

No way! Absolutely not! Very nice curl pattern, took the color well and the knots bleached in minutes right after. However, it’s super thin, impossible it’s 200% density. Don’t know why it’s being passed off as such. It’s literally see through as you can see in my photo. You can see straight through to the white cap. And I’m a brown gal, so that’s not gonna work. I’m sure this review will never see the light of day on their site, but hopefully folks will check here first.

This cheap Dorsanee hair is the worst I have ever order this lieng winch the Mgr seller lied too me not once but 3 times I order a 200 density wave 20 inch blonde wig then because im military i found out I had too leave after waiting two weeks too hear anything back from this awful bussiness I actually canceled my order a few days ltr she then clain they had sent out the package I cancel 2 times she kept lieng after speaking too FedEx they were lieng for her as well then she push the package through and I finally receive it nothing as described it was 120 density was supose too be 210 density i can feel the track I make wigs also for cancer patients so I know all about them it was 16 inch supose too be 20 inch chopped all up and some is am so pisted I will never order from these thieves I also written a letter too our US distribution center trade market and a letter is going out too our president trump too banned her business DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSSINESS WARNING !
