Really slow shipping. Didn’t even process my order for two business days.

None of the items I ordered were available and my order was cancelled

I have been treated very well every time I have gone in to the store, and I love the outfits that I bought, they are good quality and very very cute and stylish. I have a skirt that will be here on Monday, and I can’t wait to wear it, the clothes that I have purchased are very comfortable.

I had purchased a dress online and on it's way to my apartment it got lost. I received an email notifying me that my package had been delivered. I waited a few days to see if it would eventually show up. After doing my own search for the dress, I contacted Downeast and their response was that they were very sorry and it was unfortunate. They didn't offer to reimburse me, send me a new dress, or even contact UPS to find out where my dress was. My dress eventually did show up after being dropped off at the wrong apartment. The dress was actually really cute but was too big so I took it back to the store and they couldn't figure out how much money to refund me because I had bought the dress with a discount code. After explaining to the girl at the cashier FIVE separate times she was doing the math wrong I eventually gave up and got refunded the total discounted amount instead of the money I had spent on the dress. I do not plan on ordering clothes online from Downeast ever again.

My order was cancelled without contact due to an item being out of stock. When I asked if it would be restocked I just got a response about getting a refund in a few days. I also wasn't given the option of adjusting my order. I'm hoping that when I order a different color that it doesn't also get cancelled.

I paid $25 for 1-2 day delivery, then got a notification saying it would arrive 4 days after I ordered it.

I don't know when is my package coming.

After my store visit I received a call saying they decided I need to pay more $, then what I was charged. That I needed to give them my card or come back to the store. I thought it was fake. Turns out the store does this everyday. Way bad business!

I have never received an order from a company so fast! My package arrived in 1 or 2 days. I was amazed. This company rivals Amazon for speedy service and I didn't have to pay a yearly fee for that privilege. I love the items I purchased. As usual, they were exactly the quality I have come to know and trust from Downeast.

The company really needs to make it easier for customers to return an online order to the store, especially in this competitive online world
