Initial purchase was faultless. Pump failed after a number of months, took a little bit of going back and forth before a swap was offered but in the end all good. I'd recommend them to you.

I ordered my floor tiles in two batches (months apart). Both consignments were on backorder, but I was informed in good time by phone when to expect them (much appreciated) and they were delivered as expected.

The thermaldry floor tiles were easy to lay and to cut where necessary. They appear to be very hard-wearing and I'm pleased with them. Thank you.

I ordered a Zoeller M53 pump from yourself, got all the information from you over the phone, very very helpfull indeed, went through all the options with me, offered me various delivery options to suit me.
The pump turned up within 48 hours, unfortunately i had to send it back due to lack of Zeoller packaging. it was like a pump had been dumped in any old box Zoeller could find, taped it up and posted it out!! Now a Zoeller weighs around 13KG and we all know what delivery drivers do to packages don't we!? the feet had gone through the box it had been battered about so much big lumps of paint had come off the pump, there was stress related marks all over the plastic base.
I called you and again, you was very helpful, immediately sent me out a replacement and got the old one collected.
Again the new one turned up in the same packaging and again damaged in transit.
To say these are the dogs bo****ks of sump pumps ZOELLER need to sort out there packaging method, even wrap the pump in bubble wrap would be a start and cost pence, i am sure i am not the only person to have received a damaged pump it must be costing Zoeller £1,000s of £s a year.
I would definitely use you again if i need some parts or another pump, your service is second to non. FANTASTIC THANKYOU.

Great product, attention to detail is poor, packing collapsed in mail. 2nds order, packing collapsed in mail DESPITE a complaint about the first order.

We used their pumps as they were specified, but 3 out of the 4 pumps burnt out within 8 months, sent back to them under warranty but had to buy 3 new ones and wait for refund until they had checked the issue, (note they checked them not an independent), they claimed pumps were misused, so we would not get a refund. Have chased them several times since but nobody has the decency to ring me back. Not worth chasing through the courts due to cost I fear.

We bought two heat exchange units from this company for our cellar conversion project.

Once the project was underway we realised that we had been misinformed and we only needed one.

They agreed we could return the unopened item (we live close enough to have dropped it back personally) but insisted on charging us an enormous restocking fee plus a large return fee. We discussed the unfairness of this at length but money seemed to be this business's prime concern and their customer satisfaction (once that sustomer had parted with substantial amounts of money) was not paramount.



Overall we were disappointed and felt ripped off.

Really good quality under floor pump, great for when that silent but deadly rising water arrives under the floor and ... it senses and switches on to pump mode automatically and quietly. Leaving us safe in the knowledge of no floods, or hidden damage occurring 24/7.... Simple, straightforward and practical. Quite good value too.

I purchased some materials in afternoon from this seller, i was shocked to have them delivered the same day!!! Of course next day is the norm these days but not when you purchase at 5pm in the evening. They are really very Sharp and the quality of product is great!!!!!

Purchase went smoothly but upon realising the item did not fit they were uncontactable when I requested a refund/replacement, so would advise caution unless you are certain what you need will be exactly suitable.

Very good service with excellent technical support. I bought a sump pump system which has proved very good . I had problems with the water table rising after prolonged rain and water coming into my garage. The sump pump system worked on several occaisions during the very wet year of 2012 and prevented water ingress into the garage. The web site was clear and easy to use with full technical information available on each of the many things on sale.

Great speedy service right near Xmas and it still arrived really quickly, not used the product yet.
