They cancelled our leaning tower of Pisa tickets at the last minute and didn’t offer an alternative reservation. Was told by Viator to write to them. I’ve written twice and been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Marina Sands and Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
Provider booked us on excursion where part of it was closed which they should have known as I have now checked and it was a scheduled maintenance day. Now they won’t give me a partial refund and are stalling me. Also the price they charge was $60 more than if I would have just gone to the sites and booked myself. Advice: don’t book this tour and book the 2 tours on your own.

I didn’t like the fact that communication was very weak and nobody kept me informed. I had to constantly call the office and send emails to attempt to get a response knowing that your client is in a new country and is unfamiliar with everything. However once the driver had made contact the service from you was exceptional - the drive to the marina as well as the cruise arranged and finally the drive back to the marina. 5 stars for that - I do however belive that you guys need to improve communications with clients that have booked reassuring them that all is on track

They booked us onto a different ship as the original one was full. Even though we had paid for the original ship

The company did well. Prices good. Driver good. No complain. We enjoyed everything and they did well. Only point is to take into account there is a lot of driving. Spending about 3 hours driving around. So not ideal for everyone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I booked tickets for Universal studios Singapore in Sept for Dec 2025 and not only have they taken full payment, but have not issued the tickets. Have issued a charge back on my card. What a waste of time. Hope you go broke. Absolutely useless and untrustworthy.

I booked a immersive experience in Paris and three hours before they cancelled and asked if we could attend the next day. I said yes but never heard back from them.

I booked dhowcruise dinner on occasion of my 25th wedding anniversary, confirmation also received of desired schedule but later on that day cancel trip by Dream fly tourism due some technical issue and they offer another option but it was very far from my place so I cancelled. Till today there is no refund amount received. Also phone calls not answering. 😕

We were very happy with the overall experience and treatment received during our engagement.
The desert safari and its related activities were very well managed.

The trip should be limited to 45 minutes without a meal. If including a meal is necessary to enhance the attraction, then the quality and variety of items should be improved. Additionally, someone from the management team should brief and guide the visitors about the trip and sightseeing details. Overcrowding should be avoided to prevent overloading the ship and to allow passengers enough space to move around the deck comfortably.
