I booked Dreamboys for my hen party on 7th March 2026. Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away on 15th January, which was completely unforeseen. I contacted the company immediately, explained the situation, and provided all the necessary information.

I was told I could move the date, but that I would still have to pay despite the circumstances. I explained that I did not want to move my hen party to later in the year and asked about a refund. They refused to refund anything, even partially. I even offered for them to keep 30% of the payment, but this was still refused — despite me sending a copy of the death certificate.

I have never experienced such a lack of compassion or flexibility from a company. Given the circumstances, I expected at least some understanding, but there was none. Very disappointing service.

Went to see “Dreamboys” at OMG Bristol (after moved from Pryzm). Advertised as a dreamboys experience but was awful!
Bar Staff at the venue are lovely but the dreamboys was such a let down. Four lads each with a “show” and a drag act in between (she was fantastic and her singing and humour was great)
Dreamboys were vile - first one looked like he didn’t want to be there at all and treated the women like objects like he was fed up and bored, seemed like he’d been pulled into to cover and thought he was really sexy but was disgusting the way he handled his “manhood” and basically w*nked a bit and flicked the baby oil at people in the audience from his fully exposed self. Zero appeal the way he failed to interact nicely with the crowd and we nearly left after this.
The second act had charm, respect and made it sexy and could actually dance. He managed to get the balance of cheeky charm and teasing the crowd. Could’ve worn socks without holes in.
The next two again tried their best but had nothing special performances, one looking coked up, and just stood with their knobs out at the end like all the ladies in the club were to be impressed by over pumped semi’s.

Not the charm and sexiness of the magic Mike level dreamboys advertised show at all but a few lads wanting to cash in on hen do fun for a show which gave me the ick. Extortionate price for what you get and they expected another £50 or so to request being on stage. Not worth the money at all!! Made me really grossed out and I’m far from a prude but lack of originality or effort and just full frontal after not very long performances at all.

It was a great night. Only disappointment was the meeting and greet. Thought is would be all of them. But was only 4 off them. They should tell you that at merchandise. And the merchandise should have prices on. And there was not all the merchandise advertised. And cam t shirt be in other colours besides black.

Terrible service! Paid more for extras we didn't receive. Go with low expectations. Boys are great, the event as a whole is a mess.

My friend and I saw them 23/3/24 at Pryzm Bristol. We were expecting the dance troupe as shown on their website. They said doors will be open 6.30pm, so arrived on the dot. They didn’t open till 7.10pm, so glad that it was not raining. We were taken to a room which had fold up chairs that were on the dance floor, very uncomfortable. After 7.30pm a drag queen came on and sang around 4 songs and interacted with us, all very nice, but was there to see the lads. Then just one so called Dreamboy came out dressed as a policeman, did his 10 minute routine and went off. Then the drag queen again. Then another one came out as a swat police, very similar routine to the first one. Then the drag queen again followed by an interval.Then the drag queen again, 4 more songs and then the final Dreamboy doing his 10 minute routine. The show was not worth the £40 each that we had paid. We wondered if the Dreamboys had cancelled and the club had brought in some local stripagrams?.

Seen the dream boys twice in Brighton, first time I thought ok I must of read the description wrong, so booked again, absolutely rubbish, 3 guys, nothing like the guys advertised, the break was 45 mins long after the first act. Then second act, 1 guy again. Its tacky waste of money very disappointing. No photos after show they all got changed, and as for full monty your lucky if you get a peak. Absolute rip off, nothing like expected rubbish

absolutely appalling customer service

booked 4 tickets and was sent an email stating that they had changed our time of booking (which we could not make)
contacted dreamboys numerous occasions by social media phone email and had nothing from for 2/3 days in which we had to re organise something else as it was a special occasion and we had two days left until the day we had planned
we planned elsewhere and after constantly asking for a refund from this company they said they was unable to give one and we could go back to original times (this was not stated on original email) was just told they had changed us and that was that

we have gone for legal advice and been told we are legally allowed a refund as they have changed a service we booked (not our problem they now want to change back through their mistake) and they are still denying us a refund
we are now going through ombudsman

DISGUSTING!!!!!

Attended the show in Liverpool last night. Was expecting to see the guys performing dances, but no. The entertainment was lack lustre, only 3 guys at the show. Tickets said we would meet the guys after the show. Did not happen, they all just vanished. One of the guys said that he'd been brought in as an emergency fill in, he had no idea about the 'meet and greet' after the show. The drag show was 0k, but have seen better.
Shan't be going again.

Booked tickets to see the show as I haven't been for about 5 years now, utterly disappointed and certainly not what it used to be. The show used to be very sexy and the guys looked like greek gods but now the guys were just messing about on stage and looked like they were not sure what they were doing. What happened to all the hot guys? Seems a bit more amateur dramatics now. Please bring back the old show.

Went to see the dreamboys in Warrington on Sunday 23rd Jan and can't say how much of a brill show it was. Hoping to see them again in July foe my birthday

Went to the show in London on Saturday and what a load of rubbish it was. Reading some of the reviews on here I have to agree with them from how awful the show is to the rudeness of the staff. I feel ripped off, the show lasted about 30 minutes even though it's advertised as a 2 hour show, when I complained I was faced with a very rude and aggressive member of staff who told me if I didn't like it go home. I was absolutely shocked and cannot believe the way I was spoken to, I will not be returning!

Absolutely appalling show from start to finish. A complete rip-off.
Paid for a gold ticket, got a fold up seat and plastic cup of pink mush.
The venue in City Rd London is a seedy lap dancing club, dark and dirty.
The guys were a cheap version of the Drream boys show who couldn't dance to save their lives.
The show was advertised as 2 hrs long, however, the dream boys actually come on at 9pm and finish at 9.30.
Ladies, if your considering this show think again!

Just returned home from seeing the Dream boys and we all left feeling very disappointed. The show was very boring and repetitive and we thought the guys were going to be hot and hunky, but unfortunately they were far from it. The show was very camp in places and completely lacked any sex appeal. We've been looking forward to this night for ages as we're all nurses, but we certainly won't be wasting our money again.

I felt I had to write a review because not only did my best friends & daughters have the most fantastic night seeing quiet litterally the men of your dreams & there stunning stunning bodies & a complete giggle but after watching the most incredible show I didn’t think the night could have got any better but the real treat came after. I am disabled & went for a meet & greet but honestly can not put into words just how incredibly we were treated & just how truly special I was made to feel. I honestly felt so genuinely cared for & like we were incredibly special & that coming from guys who are so stunning & meet thousands of ladies was just so very special. I didn’t expect to feel so truly perfect & that we really really mattered!! I honestly couldn’t put into words just how much it really did mattered
Not only will you have the most fantastic time but to be treated so incredibly by truly perfect men was just something I had to share because the amazing dream boys are far far more than that!!
They are all the most sweetest, kindest n most caring & stunning “dream boys” they truly are perfection in everyway,inside & out!! Thankyou doesn’t come close to just how amazing It was & just how fantastic we were left feeling & meant everything & more. I truly felt I needed to say just how incredible & how that night will stay with me forever & it was all down to the most gorgeous men inside & out & the most lovely manager. Thankyou to you all with all my heart xxx

Absolutely shocking customer service from Dreamboys Tour whose event could not go ahead because of covid. They will only give us a refund if they deduct 20% “unrecoverable costs” from the ticket price (totalling £400). Absolute joke!! Why should we have to pay 20% when we’ve received absolutely nothing? Apparently it’s policy!!

was my first time going with my freind to see the dreamboys in pryzm in brighton on saturday 21august .It was an amazing to watch them great dancers great to watch me and my freind had great night there .Going to go again next year thats for sure best time ever well worth the money .

Paid £40 for tickets and what a waste of money! Couldn't be seated where we were told we would be as we were told it was too full yet many many people were seated there after we had arrived!
Took forever to get served at the bar.
Lads were lovely but the `show' was very short! I have worked for many years in clubs that hold ladies nights and to say this was a dreamboys show it didn't compare! Seemed like it was thrown together last minute!
Would definitely NOT recommend! Go to a local ladies night for a tenner you'll get more for your money!

We are a group of 11 girls who planned to book the Dreamboys show but then found we could book a Dreamboy to come to our accommodation instead. £250 saved! Felt like a winner so we decided to book that instead.
Well, we got our 'Dreamboy' (and I use the term loosely), a scouse lad in scruffy trackies who conducted what I can only describe as a sex show. Sat there with no underwear on grinding around tasteless, was like he'd never done it before. Touched my sister inappropriately and in honesty I was disgusted. We might have saved money against booking seeing the actual show, but I guess you get what you pay for probably. Wouldn't book again and certainly won't be booking the shows.

Do not go!!! Absolutely vulgar, seedy, disgusting experience. No show, no dancing just a bad drag queen and 4 lads who pranced up and down with no rhythm and proceeded to pour baby lotion all over their **** and then fling it all over the audience. Totally vile. Nothing like the amazing Dreamboys tour I’ve seen locally which was sexy, classy and entertaining with amazing choreography. If I could give this a zero I would. Complaint made and just been ignored. No customer service.
