Just seen the reviews for drivilia car hire vauxhall road and lots of people saying they are scammers,i had to pay 160 pound to for it insurance that I already paid for on hiring online the man said coz I had to buy insurance off them,but I had exactly the same cover. I agree I think he wanted to sell me insurance, scammers.

Fantastic customer service
Hired vans from the Vauxhall road branch in Liverpool, absolutely first class customer service, so easy the way it should be! These other hire company’s make it feel like they’re doing you a massive favour when you’re paying them a fortune to hire from them! Not this place though excellent experience every time and the cheapest about, I can’t remember the two lads names who where on duty 22/09 but they are a credit to the company. Well done.

First time when i rent...i did book…
First time when i rent...i did book online ..next day try to call them nobody unser the phone for 1 h , went to office...charge me duble , very slow to make your papers, try to extend my rental for 2 more day and charge 150 , bottom line ripe off company, Don.t use them
