The ease of booking was good and the price for a five week hire was good. The team was reachable at any point and even before picking up there was a form to complete to make the process faster. I did have to wait about 15minutes for my turn once I arrived and was not informed about the deposit but can't complain about that as this is quite standard. Would only suggest to update on the form. The team also was accomodating to get me the vehicle I wanted. I'd use them and recommend again.

Absolutely terrible service! Firstly, I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be attended to. When I was finally seen to I was asked for proof of address despite having this on the driving licence I presented! Why do I need another proof of address?! I never had this requirement from Enterprise, whose customer service was amazing compared to Drivalia. I would think twice before booking with this company!

Always great experiences… today it was with a Tesla a new, clean car, and the service is always impeccable.

Representative was responsive to messages and even extended my rental for a few extra hours without additional fees so we could take one more short trip to Windsor Castle. Will use again the next time we are back in the UK.

I had a terrible experience with Drivaliya at Regus, 200 Brook Drive, Reading. This company uses highly questionable tactics to pressure customers into paying more than what they originally booked.

After confirming my booking, I was called in and then put in a very uncomfortable situation. Once I arrived, they started pushing for an “upgrade” regardless of what I had already reserved. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch—get the customer on-site, then apply pressure to spend more or risk being left stranded.

The behaviour was unprofessional and borderline coercive. Instead of honouring the booking, they try to corner you into paying extra. This is not how a legitimate rental service should operate.

Dealing with the owner, Mehboob, only made things worse. There was no accountability, no customer care, and no attempt to resolve the situation fairly.

I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT book a car or taxi from this place. Avoid Drivaliya completely if you value transparency, honesty, and basic customer respect.

Previously, I have hired from Enterprise, and I can honestly say that Drivalia is much more affordable. On top of that, the service I received from Drivalia was significantly better.
