My experience was great because my time was valued. We were in and out in about an hour time frame. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Turrell was awesome she asked what was the budget we were looking to stay around and she made sure we didn’t go over budget. I highly recommend this Albany Ga location.

First of all, let me say I was very skeptical to begin with but I honestly couldn't have had a better experience.. the first car I got starting having an issue the first day and I was expecting some sort or run around considering they had already got my money and what not..but the help I got from April was unparalleled.. she didn't pressure me one way or another and helped me into another car with ZERO headache .. honestly things couldn't have gone any better and I am beyond grateful for the help she gave me . I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by.. regardless of your situation because I have terrible credit and wasn't expecting much .. but I couldn't have been more wrong.. everything was so much better than I could have hoped for..thanks for a great experience

Had a bad experience there. They me sold me a bad car . The car Was in accident i had a lot to fix on the car. Try to give the car back to them they told me no. Be careful of going there they Selling cars, that's not good.

Saw car listing on-line. Prices were posted inside of car. Was able to look at all cars without sales pitch. I did no financing there, purchased outright. Watch paperwork you sign. Some paperwork I felt was unnecessary. Almost put them as lienholder on my title work. I questioned why asking for my SSN#. No credit report needed. Now they have all my personal information. Service was friendly and quick.
