I started with Trey in BR. Hes was very helpful but couldnt come back to see him. So I worked with George & he was amazing. He thought like a father to get my daughter a good reliable care. George was transparent & laid out all options. I would tell anyone to visit & get to know these guys if you want a good experience with a used car dealership.

My second time doing business with Drive Time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sad to say, I bought and financed my first vehicle through Drive Time only 6 months ago. My vehicle was a total loss so I went to Drive Time simply just looking. Had no idea that I would be blessed to drive off in my new vehicle the same day. Mr. Dante, same salesman as my first time assisted me this second time as well. He is excellent and professional. He will make sure that you have no questions about anything. First time meeting the general manager Mr. Nick but when I tell you that he will do whatever he can to get you in the vehicle of your choosing or liking.
I am a true customer of Drive Time for life! I pray that they never leave the Baton Rouge area cause they make the car buying experience so smooth for you!

sellin : bad cars not good transmitions not good AC and many others problems $19.999 car sonic chev 2015 only run a one month and the problems start show in this company is not good.

I found this company on line and right away I noticed really nice cars on the lot my credit not that great but on making the appointment the guy said they work all credits so I met with Salesman K Jay whom is very professional who sold me this nice car and explained everything in detail i would definitely send other people there.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed, not with the salesman I had. I'm disappointed because I had done fell in love with my lil Kia Soul. Purchase today, 5/25/24, broke down 5/25/24 and left me on highway in Baton Rouge, on my way home to lafayette. I'm not downing the business at all. My advice is to test drive on the highway. I'm so disappointed 😞

Now, I am giving a 5 star because of the customer service received by way of the GM, Mr. Moreno located at the Baton Rouge location. On the negative side, I was deceived by the salesperson Mr. Shawntavis Alexander. I will not go into detail here. The good news is I was able to get it rectified via the GM Mr. Moreno, Thank you.

The experience in the store is good. But after buying the car is where the trouble comes in at. I have had so many problems with this car. So wait before you say I picked a bad car. First the button for the side view mirrors went out silver rock didn’t cover it. The cv boot was bad, then 2 months later the motor went out. It been 2 more months and now the Alternator has went out. And the place where they send you to fix your car , it was at least 6 drive time cars came in to be serviced all had major problems.
