It was a great experience. Kwani was such a joy. She was kind and funny, and I really felt confident in her ability to get it done and get it done right. She was knowledgeable and comforting - I just felt like I was in good hands. The process wage on start to finish was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went online initially and provided what was asked for and by the time I got there it was just a matter of test driving, paying the down payment, and signing - and I was on my way. I have a lot of confidence in DriveTime.
