Everyone is so kind of near the manager helped me out a lot she was very patient I’m very kind to me My Wife and my mother I’ll tell anybody you want to buy a car go to drivetime and Gainesville off of Main Street

Sell’s man was awesome. The car I originally drove all the way down there to get had a bad transmission so he helped me get in a better one.

Our representative was a great help very friendly and very patient while we made our decision extremely helpful but never pushy

Absolutely the WORST car purchasing experience in my life. They do not know how to handle out of state customers- truly with them once the sale is done it’s done.I will say it is only specific DriveTimes. The one in GREENVILLE, NC is terrible. The one near my hometown location in NEWPORT NEWS, VA top tier!!!!!! They were EXTREMELY helpful and apologetic for someone else’s mess.
As added notes I had to pay $500 for the vehicle I purchased to pass inspection. Had to call the processors of my title to find out what’s going on with my DMV paperwork because the tracking # stated that was used to send my info to the DMV was the tracking number to their middle man to the DMV.
Be careful/mindful of the DriveTime you go to.

Still not registered— they say maybe Fri/Mon. Finally admitted they really do NOT know how to handle out state purchases. Still not one apology. What a circus!!!
Added note when I asked about the state inspection, I was told the 1 in the glove was fine to use - if I get pulled over ——THAT IS A LIE!! (👀who wants to get pulled over) You must have the car re-inspected in the state you live in LEGALLY and that cost me $500 because IT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION from March when they said they got it inspected. So in a month the brake pads and rotars are bad???

I will say Jennifer in customer relations has been top tier…. She definitely saw 1st hand what a joke this dealership is.

What made the car buying experience awsome was the care and the passions of the sales man and the attention they have shown I will recommend everyone to drive time as well as they will continue to have my business from this moment on thank you drive time !!

Was really nice and helpful and did there best to find the car that was right for me!!

What made my experience great was walking into drivetime and immediately being greeted by Simone. I talked to her on the day I set my appointment to test drive the vehicle. She assured me that we would find a good vehicle and she kept her word. Everyone was friendly and if I had to had to purchase another vehicle I would come to Drivetime

Matthew was So nice and got me in a car in less than 2 hours! i would highly recommend DriveTime in Gainesville you guys were awesome!!

The Gainesville staff( David and Saloma) was great stay late to help with my purchase they’re very helpful. After having to return my previous car that purchased from Drivetime with minor problems.
