My son used my identity to purchase a car here, they put it on my credit report, I called them and told them, they said I would need to make a police report, the only problem is my son committed suicide once I confronted him about using my identity, how can I file a police report on my dead son. Have disputed this several times with no help from this blood sucking company, been almost 3 years now.

I had to turn in the car within 5 days due to car problems, the salesman told me all lights were working, get home and tail lights out, the car wasn't washed, the battery was 5 years old and I told the salesman the AC didn't work and he brushed me off with some excuses. Overall bad deal and I got my down-payment of $800.00 refunded.

I went in to purchase a car that was pre approved I brought 2000 dollars as a down payment they were extremely rude and would not accept my paper copy of my renewed license she rejected it and. Over an hour and a half drive there and a hour and a half back. I will not be back there. I know that someone will except my paper copy of my license and will be happy that I spent my 2000 down payment on there car lot

Me and my husband purchased a car on a Wednesday. The car was a fairly new car only four years old. Well I didn’t drive the car until that Friday and Saturday morning I went to work and the check engine light came on. Went to autozone to see what the code was. My husband called drive time and they told him to drop it off at the mechanic. Needless to say it’s been several days since they had the car. In fact it’s been five days to be exact and they have had the car longer than I actually had the car in my possession. I do not recommend anyone getting a vehicle from here. They will sale you a lemon and you will be inconvenience. I am beyond pissed because I read views on this location some years ago and yet I went against my better judgement because I desperately needed a car to get to work. They know people only come there because it’s a last resort and that take full advantage of it.

This place has got 1 hell of a scam going. First, I was sold a car, with “no accidents or paint work”. Before I got home with it. Found out 85 percent of the car had been fixed and painted. Returned it same day. They made the mistake of trying to go to a different dealership. The Huntsville dealership to be exact. They have had a down payment for a week. I found the vehicle I wanted online. Text the sales girl. Was driving 2 hours to purchase. But she said it was unavailable. And I quote “some other people are interested in it” it’s not available. Then it was tore up and had to go to the shop. But I called corporate. He called the dealership with me on the phone. They said the car was ready to go, and available. So they were too busy to speak to me with him in the phone. They were going to call me back. Long story short. The car mysteriously, went from being ready and available. To dead battery, then it was making a noise. When the dealership got caught in their lie. They had to put it in for service. But still wouldn’t allow me to put it on hold or a down payment on it. All along corporate is telling me I can. They all are a bunch of lying crooked raciest individuals. Stay FAR AWAY!!!! But I suppose it’s a blessing. Why would anyone who has any self respect and doesn’t have to have a 29.9 interest rate. Do it? So God Bless all you people at the Huntsville DriveTime. With your junk cars. Lucky, I till have an attorney on retainer. It’s amazing that it’s 2024 and discrimination it as common as it is.
