When I originally called, I spoke with Anthony. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle. When I got to the Lubbock lot, Anthony met me and my friend that brought with me. I was then turned over to Glen. He had the keys ready for me to test drive and had the temporary tags on the vehicle. My friend stayed at the dealership while I did my test drive. He asked a ton of questions which were all answered throughly and honestly. When I got back from the test drive, all of my paperwork was ready. Glen was an absolute joy to deal with. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! I will definitely take the 2 hour drive when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle!

Best time with are sales man and it did not take long

I did the online qualification and got a few different people that called or text me about my qualification.(I didn’t talk to a couple people since I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do) I finally decided that I wanted to finish and get a new vehicle I ultimately talked to Jay he covered all my questions and I had a lot. I went up to Drive Time and looked at the huge selection of suvs that were in the price range for my down payment. I purchased a nice 2020 Nissan Rogue. I absolutely love it. Great experience highly recommend to everyone

When I went in there the day before I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he was HORRIBLE!! He didn’t even attempt to try to convince me to buy a car. Jay and Seth were great they were very nice and accommodating and we left with a great car at a fantastic price if you’re looking for a car, please go to DriveTime and ask for Jay or Seth

The salesman at the Lubbock store Scott Fikes was the best low pressure salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made the experience fun and I didn’t mind the extended wait for approval at all. I will definitely be back next time I buy a car
