Avoid Drive Direct if you value honesty and professionalism.
I initially spoke with Pierre Gambrell about a specific vehicle (Stock #KR204323, white Ford Fusion Hybrid, ~108k miles). He told me it was being inspected and gave me a ballpark of $9–10k. I asked to be notified when it was listed—he never followed up.
After finding the listing myself, I called back and spoke with another salesperson. I confirmed the exact vehicle (stock number, color, mileage), and everything checked out.
Later, Pierre reinserted himself into the deal, stating he had to handle it since he was my original contact. From that point on, he controlled the communication.
Pierre then gave me an out-the-door price. I negotiated, and we reached a clear agreement. Based on that, I was preparing to move forward.
Then came the switch.
I was told the price was actually $1,600 higher due to a “mistake” quoting the wrong vehicle—despite the fact that I had identified and confirmed the exact car multiple times. The new price also included questionable add-ons presented as “standard,” which looked more like inflated charges than legitimate fees.
This is not a simple mistake—this is a lack of transparency and accountability.
It gets worse. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the manager, Drew Newman. Multiple calls, voicemails, and emails were ignored. No response. No attempt to make things right.
That tells you everything about the leadership and standards at this dealership.
If this is how they handle a basic price agreement before you even step in the door, imagine what happens once you’re sitting in the finance office.
Do yourself a favor—take your business somewhere else.

Fanfode was awesome and did a really great job taking care of us. We got there a little after 6 and ended up leaving after closing but not once did we ever feel rushed nor did I feel like it was taking horribly long either.
Disorganized but friendly and helpful
People were friendly and helpful. Overall though they seemed very disorganized. I went to look at a certain vehicle only to find out they couldn't find the keys and no one knew what was going on. I drove 45 minutes for it with no heads up and had to go home and wait. 4 hours later I get a call that it was because the vehicle was already on hold with a deposit but nobody knew that. Luckily they had another truck that was similar and I was able to come in and purchase it.

DIRTY CARS!
Today I went to DriveTime on Morse Rd., Columbus, OH. I sat in about 20 used cars for sale. Not a single one was clean. I saw hair, crumbs, dirt, grime and stuff I have no idea of what it was. The cars all smelled terrible, like someone sprayed a can of Lysol in them. The driver's seat on several of the cars was so dirty I couldn't bring myself to even sit in them. Very disappointing. I have never seen such dirty cars on a lot. The last time I went to DriveTime a few years ago all the cars were clean. What happened?

Best decision ever
Came in just looking for an estimate and approval. I had just got a car from Byrider, that I couldn't even drive bc it shut down on me after a month . I test drove a 2016 Grand Cherokee with a lil over 100k miles, and I was pleased. But JOSH at the location on West Broad had a surprise for me! He put me in a 2022 Hyundai! Good afternoon I was a cosigner on a vehicle we purchased at your dealership and the vehicle has been nothing but trouble. I went back to the dealership and talked to the general manager and ask if we could get another vehicle he said he could not do it. He said if we wanted to return the vehicle it would be a volunteer repossession and I said I'm not going to trash my credit. I'm very disappointed in your service.

Jason was awesome he let me take all the time I needed. What I didn't like is that they did not have a large selection of vehicles and the vehicles that they mostly had were Kia's. I feel the cars are overpriced but, overall I had a good experience.
